Again very little information was communicated to me. Less than two days af getting the car back my wheel broke completely off of my car while driving to San Diego. When towed to a local shop in San Diego, they pointed out that the wheel was missing a part, likely left off by the last repair shop, which was AAMCO. AAMCO's manager refused to take responsibility and would not reimburse for the $1100 in additional repairs due to their shop's negligence.

He just pretends like He did work on your car but if fact he doesn't do anything. He had an experienced worker before but now he quit working for him for not paying Salary. He is at the shop by himself all the time and he is very greedy. He survives cheating you and robbing people's money without fixing anything in their car. He is good just for changing tires. As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. None the less Hrant was very understanding of the situation and did his best to prioritize getting my car in ASAP the next day due to an upcoming trip on my end. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! Hrant let me know that the issue was a loose nut that could have lead to a dangerous situation on the road. They told me I needed a full transmission replacement -- almost $9,000. I went to other shops, and the lowest quote I got was $3,800 to rebuild it, others between 6k and 6.5k, I honestly didn't know what to do. Then I found this transmission shop called Hi-Tech Transmission and decided to get one more opinion. Ever, the Technician; was very kind and took the time to explain things clearly. Instead of jumping straight into a major repair, he suggested that the issue might be caused by old, dirty transmission fluid, so We decided to try a fluid drain and replacement.
