When I saw that they offered this, I decided to place another order, this time for my sister's birthday! I wanted something glam, so after some talking back and forth, we decided on the pink box with gold covered berries and white hydrangeas (didn't really want to do roses tbh & hydrangeas would make the box look fuller), and had the order placed 3 weeks in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly. I understand that there can be some last minute problems, so I tried not let it stress me out, but wanted to share my experience. The female owner is extremely nice and says she can do whatever the customer would like. That being said, when she messaged me the day of pickup and said she didn't have hydrangeas, I was a bit disappointed. I would have thought she would have prepped for the day a bit more in advance. She did try to make up for it though by offering white roses instead and tried to look for some at heb , where she found some pink hydrangeas. Pink on pink is A LOT of pink though so I did ask if she could mix the hydrangeas with the roses (which she said she had). She came up with a beautiful arrangement! You could tell that they weren't fresh though (slight wilting), which was unfortunate. I was really excited to see the gold on the berries. She said she was going to put the gold over the drizzle to make them more noticeable which I liked. I liked the gold on the berries, but felt like some berries had very little gold on them/only had it on a smaller part of the berry. They still looked nice though! I'm hoping this was just a one time fluke and say she was just having a busy week. But I'll probably emphasize my criteria a bit more next time to ensure my order comes out the way I want next time. She's honestly such a kind person and such a hard worker, and I'll be happy to keep supporting her business! Update: The owner actually reached out to me and apologized for the minor inconveniences and tried to make it up to me. That's how you know she really cares about her customers. Mentioned it to the girl behind the counter, but she didn't seem too bothered. Noticed a few standing counter top areas and two small tables for seating. I picked up my pre order of regular Sourdough and also added two Sourdough Pretzels. Remember to ask them to slice the bread. It comes unsliced. Service was friendly and fast. The bread was delicious with a soft center and a chewy crust. The Pretzels were a bit too salty. But, they were tasty and they tasted so good toasted the next day. It was huge and I greatly enjoyed it and isn't something I could replicate on my own. The cookie I was hesitant to get at first because I can make my own cookies but this was unique and the other items didn't pique my interest as much. I had this the next day and split it with my family. Warmed it up and definitely better warmed up - gooey on the inside, cooked well on the outside, nice combo of flavors although the sweet definitely overpowered any saltiness. Family liked it! It is dense as a biscuit should be, however it almost feels like a pound cake with a decadent crust. The texture is amazing. The flavor is amazing. This is just all around a wonderful treat.
