Old time fave! Great burgers. Great environment. Nice beer selection on tap. Full bar. Great service. We arrived at 6 on a Friday night and by 7 there was a line out the door. Did I say great burgers?! And o-rings too. Still a fan after all these years.

Super cute place with a last minute decision to stop, thankfully they were able to get us in quickly. The place has a warming rustic fell, with plently of good times to be had. Food; We started with the Hummus Appetizer, and it was delicious and crisp. The meal, I ordered the wrap Buffalo Wrap and it was so good, the chicken and all the extras were a perfect blend. I would definietly try if you are in the area. Service, our server was super nice and outgoing.

My father took my wife and I here after our arrival to Columbus last month. The restaurant had a good crowd but there were empty tables. My wife and I shared a Hamburger and Cabbage Soup, a Cajun Melt, and Fish and Chips that were all very yummy along with very tall drafts of both Columbus Brewing Company and BrewDog which were also amazing. My father had both the Hamburger and Cabbage Soup and Chicken Tenders which he also enjoyed. He particularly recommended the Hamburger and Cabbage Soup which is a great way to start a meal here. The staff is very friendly and It has the decor is that of a local tavern which we loved.

This was our first time in... The service was awesome - their wait staff interacted well with all the customers. The food not only came out quickly it was delicious. I had their famous burger - hamburger with cheese, Bacon, Cole slaw, lettuce, tomato, and onions which was delicious. I also had the onion rings as one of my sides which were good but there were only 5 of them. The other side was the Cole slaw was I loved. Wifie had a salmon salad with red vinegarette dressing.which she commented on how good it was and how much salmon it had. This is a really good place worth a try...

Another delicious hamburger ( Beanie burger of course)! Sat outside and service was great! Beautiful evening for a dinner out with friends. I ordered the Beanie burger with a sweet potato, both were delicious! I ate half of the burger and took the other half home to hubby!

First time dining here. Sat on the patio which was very nice. I ordered a burger medium. It came out medium well, but was still very good. The fries has a nice crisp. My coleslaw was runny and I did not like it Overall great experience. Will be back

    Nice patio.

This well reviewed instition in the heart of Gahanna has its rating correct-- Mrs hammer square on Mr. nail. Three-and-a-half stars is right and is what I'd give it if I could. Meaning it is a place I would visit again, hell maybe hang out there if I lived in that part of town, to unwind on a friday night, watch a game, or shoot the shit with the regs. A Okay is okay after all. No shame. But I find their fare not world beater by any stretch. A comfortable, classic bar inside, and a breezy, streetside coolness outside meets any guess who comes. A staff of welcoming, warm people helps with everything you need. Standard drafts, full bar, and pub food will fill out your experience. Most of my party choosed burgers. I chomped on their Bleu Cheese rendition featuring crumbled Bleu. It was good but being spoiled by burgers in this town it did not blow me away. The fry side was not generous in proportion--a long term problem with pubs made worse lately with the increase inflation. My girlfriend chose the burger named after her alma matar, the Academy Burger. The backstory is that students from the Cherry Bottom alt high, Columbus Academy, would gather here for post-game feast and festivities, often ordering the burger featuring swiss, bacon, and grilled onions--eventually giving it the new name. Her report was equal to mind--it was Ok but not as good as she remembered from her teenager days. Her kids order a burger with ketchup and chicken fingers which were reported as Ok as well. All in all, it is a lovely spot, an institution worth visiting, but not a must go spot. Perhaps, once the weirdness of our post covid economics and political craziness subsides and things feel back to normal they can up their culinary production. Really they are not far off. I say they are just a bit bland. Three stars for now and will return. Will review again if any improvement happens.

We visited during a trip to Ohio after seeing it in a book of best burgers. The restaurant itself has a classic feel, making it even more apparent that it's a staple of the community. The service was quick and helpful. The food was pretty good! I got a sriracha burger and fries, which was pretty good. Worth a stop, especially if you're in the area or even near the Columbus airport.

Prime Rib sandwich had so much gristle I couldn't eat it and very tough. Seemed more like chopped sirloin pieces.

This place has 8 inch pizzas that you can build your own way. They were the perfect size for the kids to each have their own. My husband wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich instead of the wrap and just like the menu says... if you don't see what you want just ask... they made it for him. I had the Aaron's way roast beef sub and it did not disappoint. They had beer battered fries which was a hit with everyone. Plenty of TVs to watch whatever sport you wanted.

Would love to hang out here more as a Gahanna local, choices are limited - 3 strikes - they are OUT! Recently, we tried to attend their Bingo night for a change of pace, thinking maybe it had improved. Wrong again, not only were they full an hour ahead of time (all tables reserved), we were met at the door by a staff member telling us we had to leave as they were at capacity. No option to grab a drink and wait to see if things opened up, no apologies, no advice on how to participate next time, just a get on out of here attitude. Am sure it has it's regulars like most small towns, disappointed we cannot add this to our list. If you like horrible service, and average food, give it a chance - NOT ON BINGO NIGHT (Wednesday) or you will be greeted with the same disrespect. If you are looking for better service, GREAT (bar) food, and the best Bingo night - try Hamilton's Pub on Tuesday's! MUCH better experience!

First off I really like the location and vibe of Marlow's…read more They have a bar area (I love eating at the bar) and 90's R&B playing at a respectful volume. Points!! I stopped at 2pm on a Wednesday and there were only a few customers and myself there. I order The Classic wit Wiz, fries and a Truth IPA. My food came out quickly in a to go bag. I was eating in but no biggie. The positives: the chopped steak, Wiz and onion combo is South St Philly worthy for real. The fries were a unique shape and were delicious. The music!! I heard Guy- I like, The System- Don't disturb this Groove, Christopher Williams-Don't wake Me... I was transported back to my days growing up in Pittsburgh. My only negative: That bun! Dry as Camel heels. To be fair, I ate it as soon as it came out and when I unwrapped it, a lot of the filling spilled out. If I had got it to go, the bun would've absorbed some of the cheese, steak and onion goodness and I'm sure it would've been juicier after 10 min. I'll take it to go next time. So all in all, I think I prefer Marlow's over the other Cheese steak giant in Columbus (as far as the authentic Philly cheesesteak). The other is great as a gourmet version of a classic. It all depends on what you are in the mood for. Great job Marlow's bringing Philly to CBus!!
