Dope bar in LBC that fools you from the outside how large it actually is inside. Did not try to food when we were here, but the drinks and live band really made the night. They had quite the variety of cocktails and beer / wine. Nice, open area filled with tables and enough space to dance if you wanted. The service was great! the bartender helping us was really knowledgeable on beer / wine profiles and made great recommendations. I recommend giving this place a shot. Continued to come here after the bad experience and there is this agro guy with a beard that thinks he owns the place and makes it hard to have a good time. Was here with friends and he refused to give us separate checks. The most he will do is split it into 2 cards. What!? This guy has an attitude and looks upset all day. He makes customers feel not welcome and like they are an inconvenience. He has tries bossing everyone around but i just ignore him and his stupid made up rules. He sucks! He needs to go, he is going to drive away customers. The actual owners and all other staff are great. Everything else about my experiences here have been good after that last bad experience I posted about. Those other 2 jerks are gone. Now they have this guy. Super cool people working here. Mainly pale ales and IPAs on draft--no white or wheat. I was very impressed by their food. I got a Finn McCool Burger and onion rings. The burger was extremely cheesy, saucy, messy and tasty. Cool with me; I used a fork and knife. The onion rings were very good as well. The ranch was watery, which is disappointing, but you can't really expect an Irish pub to have ever minute element of food detail down, right? All in all, I'm definitely coming back. Good local pub. The only times I've had a problem with service is on some Saturday nights when they're bombarded with college kid pub crawls and drinks come out slowly, but that's understandable. Otherwise, the waitresses and bartenders have always been great. It also gets super busy on big UFC fight nights so get here early to get a table on those nights. I prefer coming here for drinks during the day, either during the week for happy hour (on til 7pm), or on the weekend for day drinking and eating. The food is delicious greasy bar food! I love the basics: tater tots, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese and the jalapeño poppers. But they do have a bigger selection than that. Can't really speak for how good the drinks are since I only ever have beer when I'm here, but the beers are good. Side notes: *Nice outside seating for sunny days and people watching *If coming to watch a fight make sure to call ahead of time to make sure they're having it. The hot wings were excellent, as were the several pitchers of beer that we ordered (although I think the pitchers were *slightly* small. Everything was great except for our main server Sean. He wasn't very attentive and seemed to come over only when we flagged him down; rarely on his own. Sheryl (or Cheryl?) on the other hand was great. Very sweet and charismatic... just overall an efficient server and we were only happy when she came to our table. The atmosphere was pretty good considering there were several big games going on, on a Saturday. I enjoyed all of the decor at this place. We had lunch here yesterday and everything was absolutely delicious. Starting from the great service received. We enjoyed a few beers, and started off with their Tasty Chicken wings. Then followed by the Stuffed Burger which included cheddar cheese and side of tots and Alpine burger(Swiss & mushrooms) with side of onion rings. Terrible place to go. We went here Saturday, and we got the worst service ever by the waiter that seemed to be overwhelmed. The food was not at all good, and the waiter took forever to even give us what we needed. We even ordered an appetizer which was never brought out. A big red bus pulled up, and we immediately got surrounded by a ton of people that literally pressed up against us while we were there. The staff should have let us know that this was going to happen. This place needs to be better staffed and have supervisors helping out the waitstaff. I'll never come back. read more

I came here for weekend brunch but got here too late. The waitress let me order a basic breakfast that I really liked. I made it in time for unlimited mimosas which was good. My daughter had the pesto chicken sandwich. She loved it. My cousin had waffles and potatoes. Looked amazing. Came here to watch the World Cup USA match and it was a great atmosphere to watch sports.

I had the corned beef and cabbage and it was really good. Wife had some kind of beef dip and it was not as good. Had a few Jameson Stouts but when they brought the third it was regular Jameson. Guess they didn't want to open another bottle of the Stout. Overall the food was good, the ambiance was good, and the service was poor. But we will go back since it is walking distance from home. read more

Used to love coming here to watch the English Premier League. This season has been less welcoming and for whatever reason only one screen shows an ELP match at a time. It's disheartening to not feel welcomed and to show up to watch a match and not be able to watch it. Maybe if Liverpool was playing better the past seasons the patrons would be less patronizing, but for now I'd not recommend coming here. read more

Had to chop off some stars after I returned for a second time this past Sunday. The service was worse than last time. It was the same girl, and she just seemed over it. The friend I was with kept drinking his mimosas rather quickly, so he would be asking for refills a lot. As she rushed past with plates in hand, she just said, "they're walking around to refill them." So pretty much just keep waiting I guess lol. No big deal to me, but my friend was really miffed about that. He saw the bottom of the bottomless mimosas about 3-4 times probably. What I wasn't a fan of was the breakfast sandwich. It sounded great and it looked delicious in photos, but it was super bland and boring. I was dunking it in ketchup and cholula to try and get some sort of flavor going. Some of my potatoes were burnt, so that was a bit unfortunate. read more

Went back to Gallagher's one late morning and gave their breakfast menu a try. Still love the dog friendly outdoor seating, service is still slower than average but friendly. The Irish coffee was a nice morning pick-me-up and the corned beef benedict was breakfast perfection. Perfectly soft poached eggs, tender corned beef, and a side of crispy and well seasoned potatoes O'Brian. This breakfast definitely won me over. read more

I've been here numerous times. I feel they've slipped in quality. This trip we were two, I had a Michelada and my lunch guest had a hard apple cider. We ordered the Pesto chicken sandwich with beer battered onion rings and the Bleu cheese steak sandwich with tater tots. THE GOOD: Our server was great! They make an ok michelada. The onion rings were on point. Really good! The tater tots were fried up perfectly. THE BAD: It took quite awhile for someone to come over to the table in an otherwise near empty place. The glassware had the strong flavor of dishwashing detergent/solvent. I explained the situation to the server then sent it back and the replacement still had it. The pesto sandwich was lacking in pesto. The steak sandwich was horribly overdone. It was like eating tiny pieces of leather. I'm thinking in the future, if we visit, we'll stick to the very basics here with drinks (provided they get the dishwasher problem solved) and snacks like tater tots, onion rings, fries. The bill was $59.51 after tip which I feel was a bit excessive for what we endured and it reminded me of why we don't visit more often. read more
