I've been patronizing Gallery Nails for several years now. My go-to nail techs are Andy and Sandy. Andy was a great nail tech -- young, very personable, and creative with nail designs. He left, so now Sandy (owner of Gallery Nails) is my primary tech. She is super sweet and nice. She listens to what you want and if she can't do a particular design, she will have one of her other techs fill in the gap. The salon has a variety of SNS, gel colors, and cat-eye options too! The wrong color was applied twice with me having to correct after confirming my color at the beginning of my appointment. I was not allowed to sit as long as needed at the drying table and while i was paying two of my nails got messed up. Within 24 hours of getting a manicure, 6 nails had chipped to the point of needing to remove the entire manicure before the event i got the manicure for. I had gotten gel nails from here before but would not recommend a regular manicure at all. Additionally my cuticles are completely ruined and shredded after visiting here. Not pleased with my experience but maybe the gel nails are the only thing they can do. read more

Im a little conflicted, because while I loved my nails, I don't really like much else about the spa! Ultimately I was fine with my service. However, sometimes my nail tech didn't listen to my requests. The spa wasn't exactly screaming "luxurious", and I don't like how loudly the employees would speak to each other. Lastly, I loved my nails every time I got them done, but after to going to a different nail tech, she said that they were becoming over-sanded (damaged!) because of how quickly they were doing my nails! Over the last two years, I've gone to Kelly at Gallery Nails & Spa. I never leave disappointed. She is absolutely fantastic, super sweet, and a complete perfectionist when it comes to nails. She never turns down any of my insane design ideas, as you can see. Appointments for nails like these will probably take about 2 to 3 hours, but absolutely worth it. I have been going to Kelly for awhile now and she always does an outstanding job even while balancing college! Every time I ask for a new nail design, she exceeds my expectations and it's always great. I actually have eczema in my hands, and she's always gentle when doing any services on my hands so I'm very thankful for her! Oh and my nails are SOOOO STRONG! Whenever she files down my dip powder, my natural nails NEVER has a dent or never brittle! My regular pedicurist (hoping that is a word) was unavailable, and I must admit I don't dig having to use others, but I was in the area and in a bind so here it go. I found this place on Yelp, the reviews looked decent so I decided to give it a try. It is in the way back of a strip mall not easily noticeable from the street. Upon walking in I was immediately assaulted by all the fumes. Yes, I know this is a nail place, but geez, I think I've spoiled myself with the places I go to now, they don't smell like this. The fumes bothered me so much that I changed from one of the more deluxe options to the simple option. On a positive note, they had a crap ton of colors to pick from; although, I did notice my tech thinning out my polish- I hate this, generally this lessens the quality of the polish and how long your service will last, but the color came out alright. The pedicure was fair to middling at best. My feet were in a somewhat better condition than they were when I came in, but IMHO more could have been done. This is what I get for missing my scheduled appointments. Can't say I'd ever come back. read more
