Located on Rainbow and Robindale, behind DQ Grill & Chill

Ganzy Kitchen makes delicious Korean-Chinese cuisine. You'll find them on Rainbow and Robindale, behind DQ Grill & Chill. There's plenty of parking. Inside is a cozy space with good seating for a booth and great background music. The restaurant is right next door to a karaoke spot. Menu offers a nice selection of noodles, appetizers, rice, entree dishes, and sides. For drinks, they have a variety of soju, draft beer, bottled beer, sake, high ball, specialty cocktail, as well as red and white wine, sparkling, refreshers, slush, and soft drinks. I had Lemon Iced water. Meal comes with complimentary side dishes such as spicy pickled cabbage, and sweet pickled radish (daikon). I ordered Fried Dumpling (6 pieces, $5.95), it's very good and tasty! Dumpling has a lovely exterior crisp and the filling has excellent flavor, served atop shredded cabbage and a delightful mild sauce that consists of soy sauce, Korean chili, garlic, and sesame seed oil, it's really good! I tried Shrimp Fried Rice ($14.95) with over easy fried egg (+$1.50). Portion is plentiful, it has a good serving of shrimp with mixed vegetables, scrambled egg, fried egg and nice runny yolk. I paired with a side of Jajang Sauce ($4.95), which is a sweet savory sauce that's very good, has diced pork with sauteed white onion, zucchini, black bean paste, and corn starch that makes it a thick creamy consistency. This complements well with shrimp fried rice. I noticed there's no option for desserts but that's okay, what I had was very delicious, satisfying, and filling! Service from Karissa is very kind, welcoming, courteous, attentive, and friendly! She is pleasant to speak with, so nice and helpful, and even checked in regularly. I like the fried dumpling sauce, and requested extra sauce for the shrimp fried rice, it's wonderful and not too spicy.

I was really sad when Yuxiang closed. However, I am very grateful that Ganzy kitchen came into the same plaza. They have private tables, so it is good for families. I'd recommend their Gan zzazang!

When seasonal allergies hit, it's always a good idea to remedy them with spicy stew. We arrived at 7pm on Sunday evening and there was no queue. We were immediately seated. The interior appears cozy with booth seating. Jjajangmyeon | The slighty sweet and umami-rich black bean sauce was served over chewy noodles providing a good texture. Gan-Jjajang | Although we liked the original jjajangmyeon, we decided to give the stir-fry version a try. Despite a smaller amount of black bean sauce, it still had a good flavor and good earthy and toasty notes. It also mixed well with the chewy noodles. Jjamppong | The vibrant broth had the perfect spice level and saltiness. It contained a generous amount of clams, squids and mussels. The chewy noodles were cooked well that it did not turn mushy in the broth. Kkanpunggi | The chicken was deep-fried and covered in a sweet and savory sauce. However, it did not remain crispy after sitting in the sauce. The texture was off, which can be attributed to either undercooked batter or too much fat in the chicken chunks. The other well-cooked pieces were still good though. Shrimp Tangsuyuk | This is possibly the only restaurant in the valley (as of Jan 2026) that offers shrimp tangsuyuk. As someone who does not eat pork, this was obviously a good option. A spicy, tangy, and juicy sauce was served along with the crispy deep fried battered shrimp. The shrimp remained crispy throughout the entire meal. Menu: The list seemed small, but it was more than enough. The menu includes jjamppong and jjajangmyeon, as well as different protein options like chicken, beef, and seafood. 2 orders of noodles and 1 order of protein were just enough to satisfy both of our cravings. Service: The server was welcoming and attentive. We have dined here twice and were assigned to the same server. Orders came out in about less than 10 minutes. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

Came in for a quick bite, got the six piece chicken wings, and the special Jjajangmyeon Black Bean Noodle special for $6.99. Chicken wings come with a Korean sweet and spicy sauce on them, and the Jjajangmyeon portion is actually the perfect size for one person!

The food tastes fresh and the portions are great! Ambiance and the interior is nicely done. The service was warm, friendly and professional! Plus you can go next door to the karaoke rooms to digest after dinner!

One of my friends recommended this place to me post EDC. We went in, and the server was accommodating. Each table is a private table, leaving sufficient space for comleg and table space. Jjajjamyeon: good bouncy texture and black bean flavor Honey Walnut Shrimp: walnut was a little bit chewy, but the shrimp is crunchy and saucy. Mandu/Fried Dumplings: crunchy, and savory Beef Broccoli: Tender Beef, with a peppery bite. Broccoli appears steamed, but crunchy. Orange Chicken: Assortment of Vegetables with Szechuan peppers, peppers, onions, and leeks. Chicken had crunch, and orange flavor. Portions are fair, and good value!

Was absolutely blown away by Ganzy kitchen! What a hidden gem. The interior is very cute too. They have private booths they make it perfect for a date night or a night with your besties. The moment we walked in we were seated and greeted. The staff here is super sweet and attentive. Whenever you need service they have a button that acts as a bell for the server to come over to you. I love this concept! Where it isn't over bearing but they are there when you need them, first I've seen here in Vegas! Now, the food... WOW just WOW. Everything we had was absolutely amazing. The moment I saw the fried rice I just knew it would be good. Being Hawaiian, it's hard to find spots that do fried rice the way I like it and let me tell you... they hit it on the mark here. The rice was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. It was my first time trying Tangsuyuk but the sauce that is served with it was the perfect balance! The true star for me was the orange chicken. The crisp breading on the outside to the flavorful sauce on the outside literally had my mouth watering, just looking at the picture makes my mouth water LOL. They also had an array of cocktail options as well, I of course had to opt for the li hing mui express and oh my goodness I could have had more of that haha. Overall if you can't tell by my review I will be back and I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for an amazing experience

I was looking for Yuxiang but found that this place had replaced it! It's like a more casual version of Yuxiang but same jjajangmyeon! The special portion is more than enough for a smaller person or lunch and the price at $7 can't be beat.

Food: The combination fried rice was great, loaded with meats. It was on the lighter side of saltiness but there's soy sauce you can use to adjust to your taste. I like that better than being extra salty already then you can't do anything about it. It's also not greasy!! That was the biggest part for me I think. Most fried rice I get from places it's always drenched in oil. The Chicken Kkanpungi was so gooood. Like a Korean version of orange chicken. Really good. Crunchy and very flavorful. I could've went with the veggie fried rice instead and still be a really good combination. The black bean noodles had the thinner noodles lots of sauce and chunks of pork. Other black bean noodles they just load it up with onions . I don't eat enough black bean noodles to compare but this was good already by itself. Service is quick and easy. Ambiance is also really nice, they have separate "rooms" for each table but basically more separated booths with walls. Kpop also is playing but it's not too loud.

Great food and great service. The booths make the seating feel very intimate. The food is also good quality and well priced. Highly recommend !!

Is it my taste buds, or is my kids' taste the future? A review for **Ganji Kitchen**! The Jajangmyeon was way too salty for me, making it hard to eat, but surprisingly, the kids absolutely loved it and devoured it. The sweet and sour pork (Tangsuyuk) sauce was also way too sour for my liking, but the kids said it was just right for them and ate it so well. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if my kids are normal and I'm the problem here. But on a bright note, **the dumplings were truly delicious!** Pot stickers was the best!

    The special.
