Updating my review from a few years ago when they first opened. Downgrading to 2.5 stars from 5 stars. We were at Doma last night. Sad to say, the food selection and their "new rules" didn't quite sit well with me. Not sure if it's under new management or not but... For starters: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance seemed different, white lights versus warm lights.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant wasn't quite full but the ventilation was not good as there was more smoke than when I last visited maybe 2 years ago.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So not sure if they are skimping on ventilation. Let's talk about their "new menu" basically they've removed fried rice and takoyaki from their menu. No fried rice-what??? I'm sure they removed more items from their menu previous menu as well to account for inflation. I came specifically for the Takoyaki that is no longer offered. That was a big disappointment. Let's talk about their "new rules" most KBBQ you can order as many variety of meat as you wish, eliminating the need to wait. They only allow you to order 4 choices of meat, 4 appetizers etc at a time. What they are trying to accomplish is not to waste food, but if they are limiting 4 meat choices at a time only, the server should at least make the quantity x the number of people in your group, but they don't unless you tell them, you are only provided 1 serving at a time by default unless you ask. By the time you are ready for the next round, you can't remember which meat you have not ordered yet, or if you have anymore meats left to order from the first order. The restaurant is trying to make you feel full with the wait, so I understand what they are trying to do to cut costs for them, but it gives a bad customer experience. Their bulgogi flavor changed as well. It's not as flavorful/sweet as it used to be. Too bad, they were convenient to go to, but I highly suggest going to other KBBQ to get your money's worth with better experience. I would pick a Japanese bbq versus KBBQ any day, try the Japanese 888 or their Korean version, much tastier and better experience. Photos and videos were from my first review, did not bother taking photos last night as it was a disappointment.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They offered suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. The food however, was even more amazing. Fresh and quick. They changed out our burner a couple times and we appreciated it. I really loved the sweet potatoes and the brisket. The corn cheese was amazing and I will 100% be back. The all you can eat is completely worth it and I have found a new spot. Keep up this amazing Customer Service.

Sushi chef personally delivered our order. Server Bronson is the best his very friendly helpful and fast delivering our orders .

This has been our go-to kbbq spot lately and its so close to home! We used to drive way out to China town so we're so happy there's something nearby with really great quality! The AYCE starts at $27 which I think is a great price point. There are two other AYCE options if you want premium items. My favorite is the beef belly - so flavorful! The banchan/sides don't come out automatically, so make sure you order them. I love the radish wraps and the green onion salad. We also get the house salad instead of rice. They also have a drink menu that includes some really good cocktails. They order Melona bars for dessert. Service is always spot on. Usually seated pretty quickly and the servers check on you often. They'll change your grill frequently and are constantly cleaning up the tables of empty dishes.

That mini ramen pot is so cute like straight out of k-drama!

Tried the Premium menu and was blown away! Food was amazing! Definitely love the variety offered including the sushi selection (nigiri and rolls). If I had to pick a favorite on that menu, then hands down Ling Size Short Ribs. The flavor with the tenderness combination was just simply wow! Best way to describe it would be combining ribeye flavor and marbling with filet minion tenderness. Service was also top notch. Personable, prompt and anticipated your needs. Almost felt like I was eating fine dinning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience I find original, traditional yet modern. They pulled off the traditional Korean vibe with a modern twist[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now could the ambience be fancier? Sure. But still loved what they did with the place[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. If I had any complaint, it would be that the soft drinks should come with free refills. Overall, yes I would definitely return whenever I am in the mood for something higher end yet AYCE Korean bbq with good nigiri selection. Ohh I ramen presentation is sooooo cute. It's like k-drama cute!

Came here with my family on a Sunday for lunch and there was no line. We ordered their lunch special. Their menu had a variety of items. They have a few fried foods, bon chon items, and sushi! There is also a variety of flavors of melona icecream that you can choose from. There are a few items on the menu that could be ordered once per person, so we maxed it out. Their meat was delicious! Most meat were tender. We ordered a few sushi items as well. Those were okay. The ambiance was very nice and clean. The staff were very informative and friendly. We definitely will be back again!

Domas location is kind of isolated, in southern highlands, away from most of their competition. I was really craving Korean bbq and definitely want my spicy cold noodle with it so we got the premium option. We were thinking about getting the middle option and just order the cold noodle but between the two of us the cold noodle by itself was $18 so makes up most of the difference between the middle and premium option. Doma also has quite the tiering going on even for their sides. This part is kind of annoying because the options on the cheapest option is quite limited. Anyway, we ordered all the limited meats, and our favorite was the king kalbi, the marinate was sweet, savory and the meat was really tender. The ribeye, wagyu brisket and NY strip were also very tender. Those were our favorites. The sides, were also pretty good, the Chapchae was on the sweeter side. My spicy cold noodle was initially way too soggy, so I talked to my server and they got me a new one that was perfect. The cold noodle was very delicious, the broth was very flavorful, had more layers of flavors than other kbbq cold noodles. Overall, if you are going for the premium option at kbbqs, I highly recommend Doma since the meat and side quality are all superior to other options I've tried.

Great Korean BBQ with very affordable pricing and an excellent selection of meats. The service was fantastic and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The cuts of meat were delicious and well-prepared definitely the highlight of the meal. The side dishes could use a bit more variety or freshness, but the salad and the meat more than made up for it. Considering it's located on the outskirts and not on the Strip, it's absolutely worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Doma is definitely going to be an apart of our KBBQ rotation!! I cannot believe we have not been before now but I am so glad we did! The meat is delicious and tasty, the apps are a good variety. Service was great and friendly. The music was a vibe!! The location is so clean...floors and tables! Not greasy at all! Having pichana on the menu was a shock to me but also had me so excited!! Rightly so because it was delicious!! Totally understand the 1 per person, because I would be ordering an insane amount of it! The price point is average for the "middle" level of AYCE KBBQ at $37 a person (as of this review). I want to go for lunch for sure, especially if the menu items are similar but at a better price! Snow cones and melona bars for dessert; was funny having a small tiny spoon for the snow cones though! Those were surprisingly refreshing! Looking forward to our next visit.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! We had such an amazing lunch experience here - easily one of the best KBBQ spots I've tried! The menu is huge and well thought out, anything and everything you could ever want to order (even sushi!) is listed right in front of you. After placing your initial order of meats, sides, sauces and appetizers included, they bring out a smaller menu with only your selected tier's food options to continue to order from (this is a smart touch!). The food was absolutely delicious, with high-quality cuts of meat that were flavorful and tender. Every small side - from the fresh veggies to the banchan - was super tasty. The favorite appetizer we ordered was the seared pepper tuna tataki. Too bad you are limited to only order one per person because it was heavenly! Our server, Myles, made the experience even better with his thoughtful and friendly service. He recommended a few things that we loved, specifically cooking garlic in sesame oil on the side of the grill, and wow - it was to die for!! Little touches like that and the great customer service from all staff made the meal unforgettable. The interior is clean, modern, and spacious. They have cute decor on the walls. It didn't feel too crowded at all, and we loved that it's tucked away from the busier parts of town. There might even be a private dining area which I'm curious about for the future.. Service was fast and attentive - tables were cleared promptly, and everything we needed came out quickly. We went with the middle-tier option at $37.95, and it was well worth it. Oh and one of the most important notes for me, me and my hair did not leave lunch feeling or smelling smoky from all the meat we cooked!! I think the vents are under the tables and that helped minimize the amount going into my hair/eyes. Can't believe I hadn't been here sooner, but am glad to have found a new go-to spot! Thank you for such a wonderful experience - we'll definitely be back for some more kbbq :)

It's my second time here and I enjoyed it even better since they added a few sushi rolls to the menu. It's not an extensive selection of rolls, but it's nice to have that option and they were good. My favorite meat is still the beef belly. Our local KBBQ place in CA changed and I haven't found any place that has beef belly as good as that place - but Doma comes the closest for me! So I'm happy about that. They also have Melona ice cream for dessert, which I love. Servers were always available to ask for things and checked up on us and the place is clean and bright. Glad to add another good place to the bookmarks.

    Clean interior.

Wow! So we've been on the hunt for a great K-BBQ place (again) and came across Doma. Their menu looked good so off we went. I said to the husband that it'd be ironic if we liked Doma better than all the other places we've been to (mostly on Spring Mtn.) because it was the most difficult to get to. We arrived and lo and behold, they have a lunch menu! And it had almost everything I wanted. For only... $23/person!! We got tenderloins (!!!), galbi, and NY steak (1 order per person) to start and they were excellent. Also got a Linda roll (one of several sushi options), shumai, steamed egg, and some other stuff. Got the spicy tofu stew and it was actually pretty good! Really happy we found this place and am planning on returning again and again. Oh, do get a Melona ice cream bar for dessert. We got the strawberry one and it was gooood. Located in Southern Highlands. Much further than we'd like, but worth the drive.
