There's a limited amount of tables at Doh and when we arrived (party of 2), there were only 3 tables occupied on a Saturday evening. By the time we left, the place had every table occupied. So, it can be hit and miss if you will have to wait - just note that. There are three different types of tables - there's bench seating where there is no lean back, booths with lean backs, and tables with metal chairs. While they had a tv with K-Pop on, there was zero volume so there's no music which would have helped the ambiance. The sounds of the restaurant was the conversations around you. While the lady tried to seat us at a bench table, we requested seating with a back so we can feel more comfortable, she obliged and we sat at a circle table with the grill in the middle. Quite quickly, water cups and water was provided along with your standard K-BBQ utensils and plates. We started with steamed eggs, salad, a few of the sides such as fish cake, bean sprouts, and cucumbers, rice, brisket and galbi. I will note that the steamed egg and salad is a favorite of ours at all other K-BBQ places so I was bummed out that the steamed egg was limited 1 per person here and that the salad was 1 per table. I haven't been to any other K-BBQ place where the egg and salad were limited. I was surprised. The steamed egg was very good - it came out steaming hot and fluffy. It tasted really good when you use one of the sauces that they bring you as well. The salad had a nice refreshing taste of the standard K-BBQ salad dressing and I liked the sesame oil flavor that I'm pretty sure was in it. If you don't like to eat loads of rice at K-BBQ (we don't because it makes us too full) - the menu also allows for 1 order of side lettuce so this helps you get more greens in. The brisket was good - as normal, a little fat on the sides of each slice but you can scissor that right off. The beef bulgogi was very tasty. I thought it was well marinated and had more flavor than other K-BBQ places. The galbi also had a good marinade. We also tried the salted short rib and the marinated short rib. I couldn't really taste much difference honestly, but I really liked the dipping sauces and used the heck out of them. We ended with desserts and it's nice that there's 3 types of desserts and multiple flavors with each. You can have ice cream, the popsicles, or mochi ice cream. We had 1 strawberry ice cream and 1 strawberry mochi ice cream. They came out a big frozen so our grill was on the cool down mode enough to where we could sit our desserts on the side of the grill to defrost it a little. The desserts were tasty. The service was pretty good throughout the dinner. I would say that they are there enough to get your items. Other K-BBQ places might visit your table a tad more, but I would say I wasn't missing anything and got to order everything that I wanted. When they drop your items off they don't really say much so it's up to you to know what you ordered. Overall - Doh is a solid K-BBQ place. read more

When we lived in Las Vegas, this was our absolute go-to spot for K-BBQ! Hands down, they have the best steamed egg in Nevada--fluffy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Their spicy lettuce salad is another standout: refreshing, flavorful, and with just the right kick to balance out the meal. Came here for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. The staff were able to get a reservation for me due to it being a bigger party of 17. Typically this restaurant does not take reservations. The staff at this location are always very friendly. The food is very good quality for the amount that you pay. This was probably my second time trying Korean barbecue. This time was a great experience. We had steak and chicken. It was difficult to tell when the chicken was cooked all the way, and a few of my pieces were grizzly so I wasn't a fan of the chicken. The steak was delicious. Very affordable kbbq joint off the strip! The meat is fresh and they don't skimp with the portions! Every plate that came out was filled and we never felt rushed to leave or anything. Doh offers 3 menu choices and a lunch special for $22.95! The 3 Doh menus all come with banchan (that must be ordered or they don't bring it out) and plenty of sides to choose from. The sauce selection is what you'd expect from a KBBQ joint: sesame oil with salt & pepper, ssamjang, and brisket sauce. We went with the premium Doh C menu today to get some of our favorites for lunch. Beef belly, beef tongue, pork jowl, and ribeyes were all fantastic! Their radish wrap is thin and refreshing and they have rice paper here! I didn't like the "limit 1" per person on certain items like beef tongue and ribeye even with the premium menu but have to admit, it didn't affect our meal at all! I think we ended up just having the 1 portion each and it was great since they have so many other great options. The service was great, our server was super attentive! Grill was changed out often, we were asked for meat orders before our current order ran out, and everything came out so quick. The layout of the restaurant is really cozy too! Super reminded me of the kbbq spots we went to in Seoul! Oh, don't forget to leave room for dessert too! They give you full Melona bars for dessert!! That was a super nice end to our meal! They do charge an 18% "service" charge to and parties of 4 or more (which was so weird to me because usually it's tacked on for parties of 6 or 8). We weren't informed of this and luckily caught it before adding another tip. We then scanned the menu and sure enough, one of the last lines tells you they charge for parties of 4 or more. This is hands down my favorite ayce kbbq spot in Vegas to the point where I almost want to gatekeep it. Every time I come here, it hits. I am not a huge appetizer person when I go to kbbq, so I can't really speak much on that side of the menu. I mostly focus on the meat and the banchan, and that alone is enough to keep me coming back. The meat quality is so good. It tastes fresh, well marinated, and not overly fatty or low quality like some other ayce spots can be. You can really tell the difference. My personal favorites are the beef belly, marinated boneless short rib, and pork jowl. I do wish the spicy squid marinade was a bit more flavorful. It was not bad, just a little lighter than I personally prefer. Everything else more than makes up for it. Service is always great here. The staff is attentive, quick with refills and grill changes, and overall just really friendly. The restaurant feels well maintained and clean, which makes the experience even better. We happened to stumble across this place when trying to dine elsewhere in this shopping center but didn't want to wait the long wait. We were able to walk right in and the minute we sat down the waitresses had our sauces, plates, silverware, and water on the table. They kindly explained the menu and how it worked. I took the opportunity to try some new things. I wasn't too fond of the kimchi pancake. It wasn't bad, it was too greasy for my liking. I also didn't care for the salad. The dressing used wasn't my favorite. The bulgogi fries weren't horrible but I didn't care for the cheese used. The fries themselves were great. I think they would be better using shredded cheese but that is just my opinion. We loved the boneless marinated short rib. That was actually better than the ribeye. The bulgogi had a good flavor not overly salty. The brisket was pretty good once you dip it in the brisket sauce. The spicy brisket reminded me of kimchi seasoning on it. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be. The chicken was good. The cheese corn was delicious as was the macaroni salad, the crab roll, the doh spicy roll, tempura shrimp, bean sprouts, edamame and eggroll. I am so happy we gave this place a try the staff were super friendly and very fast. We never had to wait for a refill of water they were on top of it. They periodically came back to check on us seeing if we wanted to add anything else. We never waited longer than 5 minutes for them to bring our order out. I loved the look of the restaurant. Simple, but it was nice. A nice place to meet up with friends or family. Our new favorite Korean bbq restaurant! The food overall was really good. I was a big fan of their spicy tofu soup, and also all the sauces that they offered for dipping. I had to reduce it to four stars as the service was a little slower than what I usually experience at other Korean barbecue restaurants. Starting this review off with a huge thank you to everyone who works here! We have always had an excellent experience with staff. My family and I are regulars, we come at least once a month but oftentimes more. We have NEVER had a bad experience, and to be completely honest, I'm a little bit confused by some of the bad reviews on here. One thing I'll note, we are Korean. So when it comes to Korean BBQ's in general, we can be picky. We have tried almost all of them in Vegas and many in SoCal. There are some great ones and some very mediocre ones (Gen Korean, we're lookin' at you). And while there are many that are much fancier with long wait times, Doh has never let us down. It's very casual and comfortable, we have never had to wait 1.5 hours, we have come with just the 3 of us as well as a party of 15 and they have always been accommodating. The main reason we keep coming back is because of the quality of meat. Their beef belly is top notch and the AYCE is reasonably priced. Also, they have sour kimchi. The way kimchi should be. IYKYK. The staff is always so friendly, we usually see the same women working there and it feels like home. Also, we're never waiting long before they're checking on us and bringing our orders out. I saw a comment mentioning that banchan has to be ordered instead of automatically coming to the table. Honestly, who cares? I get it. The economy is rough right now. A lot of people barely touch the banchan or only eat one or two of them while the rest goes to waste. I'm all for letting customers choose exactly which ones they want or don't want. It's not like you're being charged extra, it's still included in the AYCE price. That just seems like a trivial complaint. If you made it this far, awesome. Check this place out. read more

Such a great bang for your buck. If you love KBBQ you have to try this place out. The service is 7/10 just because they're always busy. There are a lot of restaurants to get Korean BBQ in Vegas so $25 pp for AYCE is a great deal. Good quality is good and I would say they have a pretty good selection of meats. Make sure you get here early on because it can get really full and there are probably between 20-30 tables. The restaurant is not very big but it's definitely worth the visit if you are on the SW part of town and don't want to venture towards China Town. If you're like me you will appreciate how clean this place is. There is no door to the kitchen so you can see the spotless floors and watch them prepare the rice. Make sure you get a Melona ice pop for dessert. I enjoyed the Ube Flavor and my husband got the mango. Both were really excellent and refreshing after such a big meal. read more
