There was one left in stock. They put me on hold for just a few seconds. They got right back to me and said sir it's on hold and I came into the store immediately and picked it up I noticed that the staff is extremely friendly knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Thank you for this store having extremely good customer service and extremely well maintain stock of material materials thank you AutoZone.

Marcos S. (Sales manager) a disgrace to Autozone. Bought a battery day 1, day 2 bought a starter…read more Took both battery and starter cores back for refund. Did not need a credit card to get core refund on starter, made me go home for credit card for refund on battery. I told him to check both my email addresses when he said he couldn't find my purchase on his system. He told me if I didn't go home and get my card that day, and he had to close out the register, then I would not be able to get my core refund at all!! Even if I had been willing to drag out that heavy battery back to my car! After going home and getting my card, when I called him out on his hypocrisy of no Card needed for starter but needed one for battery he didn't want to discuss. This issue is one of someone who is totally stuck on a POWER TRIP. Outrageous that he would make a customer go home for a credit card when he was willing to refund for one of the cores. It's either sheer stupidity or total disrespect for the customers who without he would not have a job...

The team always goes out of their way to help - they're quick, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and offer fair pricing. Every visit is simply a pleasant experience, and the work is always perfection. They handle everything from large vehicles, Sprinter vans, trailers, and off-road vehicles to simple flat repairs - and they're completely unfazed by unusual issues that come up along the way. Recently, they even had a replacement part on hand for a stripped pressure indicator, which saved the day. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely fantastic. is the best, and even ALF the parrot makes the experience memorable. Honestly, who actually looks forward to tire service? I do.

I have been a loyal Randy's Tires customer for at least 20 years. I have bought numerous sets of…read moretires and had countless oil changes and other tire services. They have been the only place we've taken my wife's car for oil changes since we bought it. On my last oil change I was told that the threads on the oil plan were stripped and I needed to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I didn't think much about it until today when I took the car to another shop for the suggested repairs. It is going to cost me $1,768 to get a new oil pan !!! The mechanic, which I have known for a very long time, said it was stripped and someone tried to fix it and just made it worse and unrepairable. I just called Randy's and they denied responsibility. I told them they were the only place that has ever done an oil change and it is impossible that they didn't cause the damage. The rest of the conversation went nowhere. I always try to support local businesses. But when they damage my car, cost me $1,768, and don't even consider taking responsibility, they have just lost a long time customer. I will be sure to let my friends and neighbors know about today's experience.
