I didn't really expect a weekend response but Juan responded that morning and said they can come out the same morning between 11am and noon. Good news for me. Jesus showed up early and got right to work. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Made all the necessary alignments and maintenance to get my two garage doors up and running again. The garage doors are about 8 years old or so and now they work and better than when they were new. I appreciate the help and fair price. The reason the man that installed in a diff. location was due to my stephanotis plant. not disturb buds/flowerings. By putting it in another spot at the base of the gate the plant would not be disrupted and all would be good. still repeat still the man disrupted my plant after he had install new motor anyway. telling johnathan it was a piece of junk after removal. repeating myself by saying he was not not authorized to take In closing Johnathan lets be honest now, you made an error in judgement/and i lost the price of a resellable item. my loss now, i had to hire another company in fix my gate the way it should have been done to the tune of $650.00. You were asked to fix the slow opening and most of all to fix the fact that a child could open to a point of getting into and access to the pool, which is always our biggest priouity. your words.....they do not make things the way they used to and so this is the way it will open. i could come and tryyyy to fix but, also that is how it works now. as for the not closing tighter, y0u said this is the way it will be. This would have been so simple johnathan if you would not have just taken responsibility for the issue, insisted that i was just a nieve old lady . i hope all your other customers will so trust you as i did and things all go well. But, sometimes a little more respect for a client that has reason to question you loyalty and concern for their quality of work verses what you make off of the work. In closing i have vented and know what i have said is true and am sad that you claimed, basically what i said was just hot air. My best to you Johnathan and a lesson hopefully learned by us that seeing is believing with quality. He noted that a belt was causing the issue due to wear and tear and that it would take several WEEKS for the part to arrive. He explained if I wanted faster, and more immediate service resolution, he could replace my entire garage door system for $700. Having recently changed the rollers and tracks, I declined. He kept pushing and pushing, saying it would take weeks if I didn't invest in the system. I said it's okay, I'll wait. He left upset. I asked how would I get a hold of him to know when the part arrived, and he said he'd call when he was ready. Did not provide me a written estimate or anything, just left. The claim remained in limbo for nearly 3 days. I called the warranty company for a status... they pushed the company to submit the estimate, where HE LIED and stated that the belt had secondary damage due to tracks and rollers and that door was falling off (not true at all!!) making my claim uncovered and invalid. I called the home warranty placed a complaint, and requested a second opinion. Sure enough, the new company diagnosed the problem correctly, submitted the estimate, and fixed the belt. If you're a home warranty company, Jesse and his company are only interested in upselling you. If you do not accept his upsell, he will LIE and CHEAT you out of your covered claim. I do not know why he is still being forwarded business from home warranty.
