Watch out for the hidden 2K "Advantage Plan". It was never discussed or brought up and we caught it and refused to pay it when signing documents. Google describes these advantage plans as "a junk fee scam that unscrupulous dealers add to pad profits. They bundle worthless items and charge you anywhere from 500 to 2000 for them and hope that you won't catch it during the high stress Finance and Insurance phase of your purchase." It was a great experience up until that point but it tainted my feelings and impressions of the dealership and I would never trust them again. Never got the 500 fuel card either.

Fine these things happen. I agreed to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. What wasn't fine: $5,000 and THREE service visits later, the sunroof still does not work correctly. None of the buttons function as they should. I have to manually partially open and close it just to get the interior panel or the window to respond at all. This is not a fixed problem. This is a $5,000 problem that was never resolved. To top it off, I recently received a follow-up email asking me to contact them about my expired warranty and spend more money to "keep my truck protected." No acknowledgment of the ongoing issue. No follow-up on an unresolved repair. Just a sales email. If your service team is tracking customer history, someone should have caught this before hitting send. If they're not, that's an even bigger problem. I would not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.
