If you are a Veteran, check the link between ID.Me and Chevorlet before you buy. I could verify and access my ID.Me account but could not link Chevrolet. Reeder will not give your military discount if this link does not work.

I bought my 2017 Ford F-150 here last December and have regretted it ever since. Not because of the…read moretruck, but because of the service experience that followed. Two months after purchase, the sunroof stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the vehicle, only to find out at the service appointment that the sunroof wasn't covered. Fine these things happen. I agreed to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. What wasn't fine: $5,000 and THREE service visits later, the sunroof still does not work correctly. None of the buttons function as they should. I have to manually partially open and close it just to get the interior panel or the window to respond at all. This is not a fixed problem. This is a $5,000 problem that was never resolved. To top it off, I recently received a follow-up email asking me to contact them about my expired warranty and spend more money to "keep my truck protected." No acknowledgment of the ongoing issue. No follow-up on an unresolved repair. Just a sales email. If your service team is tracking customer history, someone should have caught this before hitting send. If they're not, that's an even bigger problem. I would not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.

And Seth the finance management went above and beyond I've seen anyone go at a dealership, he went out of his way and work he had to talk and joke and find connections, as well as finding me a car that I liked ( which i am more picky than anyone needs to be), after finding me the car he did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase including giving me advice money wise and what he would do. I would recommend mark and Seth to anyone looking for a car ever, will take great care of you and make sure your happy with what your paying for!!!!

The vehicle…read morewas represented with an AutoCheck report, but after the purchase I obtained a Carfax report that showed information I believe was important and should have been disclosed. The differences between the two reports left me feeling that I did not have the complete picture before making my decision. When I brought my concerns to the dealership, I was hoping they would work with me to reach a fair resolution. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and I did not receive the level of customer service or support I expected after the sale. My advice to anyone shopping here is to do your own research before buying. Don't rely on just one vehicle history report. Purchase both an AutoCheck and a Carfax, inspect the vehicle carefully, and consider having it checked by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. This review reflects my personal experience. I believe transparency and standing behind the vehicles you sell are essential for earning customer trust, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
