Who knew there would be such a great coffee shop in Coppell. The staff is very kind and the coffee is tasty, plus they offer a ton of baked good. We ordered about 5, including the peach cobbler, malva muffin and the almond coconut tart. So many options to pick from we were surprised !!!

I was going to the George & Provision Coffee but I saw how packed the place is, so I needed to look for another coffee shop close by. And I am so glad I found this spot! (It was about 10am on a Saturday, i.e. time for farmers market, surprise, surprise). The staff were super nice. The coffee was great. There were not a lot of people (or people usually come in for takeouts) and there were a lot of open tables so it was a perfect spot for me to do some journaling while I drank the coffee. I ordered the hazelnut latte, coffee cake and the prosciutto & swiss toasted sourdough. The coffee cake was good but it was a little bit sweet imo. Their quiche and other pastries, and especially the croissant look so goooddd. I will order them next time I come visit :)

GAS Coffee Co. is a great local gem! They roast their own coffee, bake everything from scratch, and the staff is warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming! The shop has a cozy, warm community feel. There is also a drive-through that makes it easy to grab something delicious on busy mornings. If you're local, or just passing through on Denton Tap, this is a place worth supporting.

I have to say that my boyfriend and I were very disappointed with our experience here. We decided to check it out because it had such great reviews, but the coffee was average at best and overpriced. It cost us $18 and change for 2 small iced lattes. I ordered the iced caramel latte and he ordered the chocolate pumpkin iced latte and they were just ok. We wouldn't come back.

Americano with half n half, Milk tart, and Iced Americano - this is what we had and they were all very good! The hot americano had a smooth finish and was a nice nutty feel. The iced americano was more acidic tasting so depending on your liking you can decide which one you want to try. The milk tart was really special and very delicious. The crust tasted like a shortbread, the filling had a smooth and custard consistency, and the scent was very vanilla-y and cinnamon-y. The portion was enough to share between 2-3 people. It had the perfect amount of sweetness with a smidge of salty - so very nice! They have a drive thru and parking available. They have inside and outside seating available.

Gas Coffee Co. on South Denton Tap is a warm and welcoming coffee shop. A small family-owned establishment offering a unique and high-quality coffee experience. Very friendly staff, exceptional customer service and the passion for their craft. Owner greets everyone and brings in a lot of positivity. You enter Gas coffee shop once and you will feel like you are visiting a friend. I found their coffee very intense. Gas Coffee also serves a delightful selection of pastries, homemade quiches, and other treats. We ordered onion quiche and spinach quiche. Phenomenal flavors. Onion was amazing! We tried their chocolate filed croissant as well to pair with our latte and macchiato!!! They got a drive-thru for convenience and have pet-friendly outdoor seating. Their friendly service made our visit a special experience. If you're in Coppell and looking for excellent coffee in a welcoming environment, Gas Coffee is the place you should go.

Found this coffee shop by looking for local roasters and they came up! If you're an avid coffee drinker, this is the place for you. No frills or sugar bombs, just amazing and fresh coffee. The staff and owners were super friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this shop and would be willing to say they have the best coffee within a 10-15 mile radius! Could be more but I'm visiting so I'm not very knowledgeable with the area yet.

I live in arguably the most diverse and complete area for quality coffee shops so when we came to visit Dallas for a sports tournament I was PLEASANTLY surprised by this little gem. The quality of the coffee is top notch and the baked goods are above average with nice variety. The decor and drive-thru made the visit even more enjoyable. Perhaps the best thing about Gas Coffee is the owner, she was so warm and friendly that I will absolutely be sending all my friends and family to visit when they are in Dallas. Best of luck to you Gas Coffee I am positive you'll be around for a long while and I hope to hear that you're growing. From your California pals.

This has been my favorite coffee shop for a couple years now. They care deeply about quality, their customers, and the experience as well. Excellent service, excellent food, and absolutely excellent coffee. Love the team here!! Couldn't recommend this place enough. In the pictures, I ordered a cortado and a rose latte, both were wonderful.

This place is a GEM! Not only was the coffee really great, the customer service was stellar. The barista, a South African gentleman (I've forgotten his name), knew each of the customers and came and conversed with each, independently- I thought great customer service was dead; I'm glad I was wrong! Such a nice small-town community feel and great ambiance. Every time my travels bring me back to Coppell, I am definitely stopping here!! read more

Amazing coffee and the most personable and genuine service. The baristas will make your coffee with care and ensure each cup is exactly how you want it. There is nothing overly commercial about this place - truly a local, coffee shop to sit down and feel like family. My only wish is that there was a mobile ordering so we can order ahead (though maybe that contradicts the atmosphere they are trying to create - and they make the coffee delicately and speedy anyways) Try the prosciutto and Swiss panini! And the Quiche! Everything is yummy and fresh. Need more coffee shops like Gas Coffee!!! read more

Awesome coffee and food. We got iced vanilla lattes, a Florentine quiche, banana streusel, and a scone. Ate all the food before I even thought to take pics. Service was good, pretty quick considering how busy it was. Note that seating is a little limited, but it's also a busy Sunday morning so I'm not surprised. Overall great experience and I'm so glad I found this place! read more

We tried the hot chocolate, chai, coffee (a cortado), and pastries and they were exquisite! The chai was authentic (made in house) and the right amount of sweetness. My husband raved about how smooth the coffee is. We tried 3 types of bombolinos (Italian doughnuts): the chocolate, creme brulee, and tres leches which were very fresh and delicious. We also tried a spinach quiche made on a croissant crust. The owners, Marco and Mike, are very hospitable and friendly with awesome customer service skills. read more

This coffee shop is an experience. At the counter, the baristas taught me about the different kinds of coffee and preparation methods to help narrow down what I wanted to try out, which ended me on a pour over that tasted exactly as promised. They gave me another coffee to try, on the house, on top of that. We proceeded to chat with the workers and the owner for what must have been fifteen or twenty minutes about everything under the sun, and finally sat down at one of the tables, that were all spotless, to get some work done. The music isn't anything I've heard before, which is surprising because it was the perfect mood for a coffee shop-beautiful instruments and calming voices, that was somehow still energetic and uplifting. Don't ask me how that works because I couldn't tell you, but that's the best I could describe it. I came because I had to see this coffee shop that had only five star reviews, and now I understand why! read more

I came here because they had a drive thru. First plus was how polite the gentleman on the speaker was in the drive thru. Second plus is they had a cortado on the menu. So I ordered my cortado and when I got to the window the gentleman was super friendly. A second gentleman gave me the drink and took payment. The drink was really good; very nice coffee flavor. You can tell the beans and brewing technique are good. They even drew a little bit of latte art into my drink. read more

The Coppell area of Dallas now has the best coffee in the Metroplex, as far as I'm concerned. The owners are from the RSA and have a great selection of South African and conventional pastries, and hands-down, the best coffee around. Try the Americano. Perfecto. I just went by to try out the coffee. AMAZING. If you are a coffee lover, the owner Mike will hook you up. He is SO knowledgeable, made the best espresso (smooth and creamy!) and shared so much knowledge about coffee roasting (they roast their own coffee in Southlake), how he pulls a ristretto shot, the best ratio of espresso to hot water, etc. Even his espresso machine is fancy with the water temp, so I could drink it immediately and not burn my tongue. So many fun details that make it a delight to go there. The store is clean and bright, with free Wi-Fi it would be a great place to hang out or get some work done. read more

Came here on the weekend before we ran errands. The coffee and hot chocolate were flavorful. My husband got a ham and cheese sandwich it savory. Great customer service, they made sure make the hot chocolate warm for my kiddo. It's a bonus they have a drive through. read more

This was the best coffee I have ever had in the states. I got an oat milk cappuccino and this was exactly like the one I got in France just this summer. Foamy, smooth, and just the best thing I could put in my mouth. Then I dipped my croissant into my coffee and it just elevated everything. Whenever I come back to Coppell I will be coming to gas coffee and be telling my whole coffee obsessed family about them 10/10 stars. read more

I love the boom in new, independent coffee shops we are blessed with in Dallas. Gas Coffee is my new favorite. Mike and Marco own and run Gas Coffee in Coppell, and I'm not sure I've met a nicer, more genuine couple of great people. I take my dog Ellie, and one of them will come out to the drive through lane and greet us. My puppy loves them, she can tell they really love dogs. I will be supporting this little shop and their awesome coffee instead of the corporate machine. I feel like I'm home here. read more

The staff brought out everything to us after ordering, and also were very helpful with some special instructions on bringing the cake after we had finished eating. They even provided candles and a cake cutter along with plates and plastic cutlery. Overall, was very pleased with our visit and we'll definitely be back to the more pastries and coffee!

The outdoor patio consists of just a couple of tables on the sidewalk, which can make it difficult if you're visiting alone with your dog, as there's no shaded or cooled seating outside while you go in to order. And inside it's not dog friendly. Inside, the décor presents a mix of tables and chairs that matches the French café atmosphere. The menu focuses mainly on French pastries. Prices are on the higher side, so I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quality. I tried the six mini croissants (around $7), which were good but tasted slightly stale. The crab pastry was the highlight--fresh, flavorful, and something I'd happily order again. I also tried the Nutella-filled sugar doughnut, which was a bit disappointing. Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the one adjacent to the Zion Market. We were delighted to find this spot open - we'd been walking the mall since she hadn't been there in years and we'd skipped breakfast so we bought a couple pastries and coffee and tea and it was all very good. I can't wait to be back. Service was good and quick - so many choices and we were pressed for time, but the cakes looked amazing and we enjoyed everything bought. We feel really fortunate to have places like this near enough to Denton that we can take family to visit when they come out and treat ourselves every so often.

If you're a TRUE coffee enthusiast, this place is an absolute must-visit! The espresso is rich, bold, and full of flavor. The flat white was simply one of the best I've ever had, it's perfectly smooth, creamy, and balanced. Not many coffee shops can nail it like this! The customer service is top-tier, with Marco and his mom making you feel right at home. They're warm, welcoming, and it was such a pleasure chatting with them. The space is spotless and well-maintained, creating the perfect vibe to relax or get some work done. They've also got a nice selection of both sweet and savory pastries to complement your drink.
