I had an error message on my Samsung dryer today (a Saturday) and had no idea who to call, so I…read moresent out an SOS on Yelp. Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad!
