Took two days and they said was good to go, went and signed all the paperwork after another test drive seemed fine. Not even five minutes on the way home and engine light came back on. They said they would work on it and fix the issue. It's now been an entire week and I haven't been able to get through to a single person on the phone. The phone number listed doesn't go to anyone. I haven't been contacted a single time with an update and my salesman had to put me through to the service department who said they were getting the work finished two days ago, haven't heard since. They're keeping my car with no update after letting me buy it. Not a great experience. Update: I was contacted very soon after this review by their head of sales, and after that given regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the finished product, and they even fixed some other things that weren't the original problem. The communication with the repair in the beginning wasn't great but they did a lot to make it right. I will bring my car back here if I need it worked on in the future.

Tarnue (the best salesman I've encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. The problems included a leaking radiator, severely worn brake pads and rotors, a bent rear axle differential, leaking wheel bearings and seals, a rusted frame that was never disclosed, disconnected emergency brake lines, an oil cooler housing failure, transmission-related service, and additional engine performance repairs. These were not minor maintenance items--they were major defects that significantly impacted the vehicle's safety, reliability, and value. What is most concerning is that many of these issues appear to have existed before the sale and either were not disclosed or were not properly identified during any inspection process. As a customer, I relied on the dealership's representations that the vehicle was safe and roadworthy. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills almost immediately after taking ownership. I have maintained documentation for all repairs, diagnostics, and related expenses. I attempted to address this matter professionally and give the dealership an opportunity to resolve the situation in good faith. Unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the standards by which vehicles are inspected and sold.
