She apologized several times and in the end wound up camping the cup of coffee and my Arnold Palmer drink and discounted the chicken Parmesan. This is the right way to run a restaurant. I will definitely be back. As far as the chicken Parmesan, it was absolutely delicious. What I like about it is the entire chicken is covered in mozzarella. Really enjoyed it.
