All the meat was burnt or overcooked and not edible . The shrimp had absolutely no flavor.. The salad bar was very underwhelming..

What a great place to have a rehearsal dinner…read more Our family was hosted in a private dining room. I wish that I would have taken names because the service was amazing! The drinks were flowing. Love the Brazilian lemonade. They also did a modified strawberry hibiscus caipirinha mocktail for me which was so delicious. I'm not a beef eater, but the family enjoyed so many delicious cuts. Picanha sirloin. Fraldinha bottom sirloin. Alcatra top sirloin. Costela beef ribs. For me, it's just lamb when I eat red meat. Lamb chops medium. Lamb picanha marinated with fresh mint, white wine and lemon then fire roasted. Yum! My favorite though is the salad market table. Slices of smoked salmon. Hearts of palm. Asparagus. Brazilian egg salad. Grilled cauliflower. Chickpea salad. I can actually skip the meat completely and be so satisfied. Try not to fill up on the pao de queijo, Brazilian cheese bread. It is so addictive!! Not sure why we needed dessert but the trio was a sweet way to end a great meal and begin a weekend filled with family and lots of love. Somehow we managed to sample the cheesecake brûlée, key lime pie and the decadent chocolate brigadeiro cake. So many delicious bites. Thanks to the staff who made this a night to remember. Highly recommend this location for any special occasion or just a delicious lunch. Ambiance and service are top notch. Excellent selection of rotating meats. Impeccable atmosphere. Overall a great churrasco experience! The crème brûlée cheesecake was an unexpected highlight and the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended. Seating consists of movable armless chairs that can be easily rearranged to accommodate a wheelchair. Along the dining room's outer wall, there is ample space to park a mobility device, such as a walker, without obstructing foot traffic. Free parking includes several accessible spaces directly in front of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and easily reached via a barrier-free hallway off the main dining area.

They removed the lamb picanha!!! There are no current special seasonal dishes either and I was told perhaps not until summer! Spring just started! Alex was our attentive server. Jim the manager answered our questions well. My son and I bought the $70 dining card to receive twelve 1/2 of meals, so we have 24 discounted meals. He and I had water, while my wife had a soft drink for her birthday, though she would have enjoyed one regardless. The bill was just under $100 for us three. I am very disappointed about the lack of lamb picanha. Only having leg of lamb as part of the buffet is disheartening. Hopefully they will bring it back. I was considering getting a third discount card, but without lamb picanha or lamb chops I doubt I will. Of course we will be back as we spent $140 plus delivery fee to have physical discount cards. We saved $87 so the break even point will be our next dining experience here. I ordered the overpriced $13 carrot cake for my wife to enjoy for her birthday as the coupon for joining their website does not combine with the discount cards. This pushed our total spent to about $147 including tip. If you like this place invest in a discount card or two or even three.

Everyone else was seated by the windows. I had to insist on being seated elsewhere. The restaurant is relatively new and still retains its sparkle. The salad bar is at the back, with chill/hot sections. I paid attention to other reviews and zeroed in on the pineapple carpaccio. In addition, I had the hearts of palm, baby asparagus stalks, potato salad, and lobster bisque. Other people had recommended the latter and they were right. I had very little else from the bar to focus on the grilled meats. The parade of meat started very quickly after I was seated. The filet mignon was fantastic. It was well-seasoned and prepared at the right temperature. The picanha (spicy and garlic) was okay. However, I thought the lamb was too gamey (I usually like lamb) and the pork was too dry. I got full quickly so I was glad I did not select the chicken or sausage offerings. Brazilian bread, bananas, mashed potatoes, and fries accompanied the meal. I only requested the bread, which was hot and chewy, and the bananas were swoon-worthy good. Yes, you need to save room for the sugar-and-cinnamon-spiced, pan-fried bananas. My server was polite and responsive. I wish I could forget the inauspicious start to the meal.

No updated time was given and half of the table reserved for us which we could see was empty and cleaned was given away which made our wait time even longer. We addressed the situation with host and she responded with "oh they will be quick i promise". As you can imagine that did not sit well with my party. After 4:30pm came around I asked to speak with a manager (Bill). I made him aware of the situation and he directed the host to seat us immediately.Upon being seated we received awesome service from both servicers right away. They told us that the manager would be out to speak with us shortly. When he did arrive I explained that we love Long Horn and we were expecting to be accommodated accordingly ( not for free but atleast accomadated) and assured me that we would be. Orders for all drinks, apps, and entrees were put in by 5:30pm and although the appetizers and drinks came out quickly we did not receive our dinner until around 8pm. We asked for updates and we're told the kitchen was backed up. When everyone finally started eating we noticed the food was cold, undercooked, over cooked. People were missing items etc it was just a big mess. So we asked for the manager again and made him aware of the cold food and he explained to me that it's too hard to assure hot food with a party size(15) this large. By this time we were very restless and just ready to go.Many people in our party sent their food back others just wanted a discount because they were still hungry. The servicers came over with all the bills and nothing was accomadated. We told her that this is unacceptable and that we are highly disappointed in our experience. We requested the manager again, but when she came back she told us that he was tied up with something else and could not come to us at that time. We were prepared to just pay the bill because we wanted to leave but then was told have a good night and the bill was taken care of. Shortly after half our party was gone the manager comes to the table and asked were did everyone go. We explained we waited and were told to have a good night. He then turns and yells/blames the servers for what happened. We all ended up leaving after that because we were so upset with our experience.

I rounded down to three stars, sorry Barda! I wanted to love it but it was just okay…read more I thoroughly read reviews and ordered dishes that seemed popular and good however, I wouldn't say anything tasted outstanding. All our dishes were fine though, I guess that is why I feel a bit disappointed. Free street parking is great! And when we arrived at 5pm (opening time), all spots were basically full so I took that as a great sign. We entered the restaurant (fun vibe, red lights, music is loud) and were welcomed in right away. I was excited! So the cocktails are great but I would say nothing like overly unique but loved the Margarita (Earth, Wind & Fire), the El Cuco was pretty good, very ginger forward which I like but not spicy at all. The Old Fashioned (why no single ice cube??) was good also. Next, the appetizers: Beets (presentation is excellent) however this dish just tastes like beets (simple and fine), the sauce adds a nice touch but other than that, it was just like okay, nothing special (I wouldn't order again for that price). Next was the Carne y Hueso which we liked. The sourdough bread is not too sourdough-y (good for me since I don't actually like sourdough) and we asked about the best way to eat it which is to spread some bone marrow first then top with the steak tartare. I would say this had a very rich and meaty taste (I haven't had marrow much) which is expected. We liked it. Main: Black Rice with scallops (several small scallops hidden underneath). The black rice was chewy and tasted pretty good/flavorful. My hubby said the dish smelled a little like truffles?? but didn't taste that way (good because he doesn't care for truffles), I didn't think it did (I love truffles). The scallops had a very mild flavor. I would say if you love scallops you may be disappointed but this was fine for me since I don't. Bife- the steak was cooked to our desired level (medium rare) but seemed to lack flavor. I liked the chimibutter and we enjoyed the grilled onion that came with this dish. Overall, I would say the Bife was fine. The kitchen is open so you can see the flames of the fire for the grilling area & the fire pit outside seemed great (on a less cold/snowy night). Note, I think there are 2 separate single bathrooms (one in separate corners of the restaurant) but I didn't realize that until after I waited in a line to use it. Well, I like trying new places, some are hits and some aren't. Thank you for a nice evening Barda.

Cupuaca is new to me - I learned it's a tropical Brazilian fruit related to cacao that has a sweet and tangy taste that is often described as a tropical blend with hints of pineapple, banana, and pear. Smoothie was made to order and so tasty and refreshing! Really unique flavor. The almond butter was blended in which added a nice nuttiness too.
