I ordered a cheese enchilada, chile relleno and rice with a lemonade. I asked the server how they made the relleno and she explained it. It was made authentically. So, chips were warm and had. Just the right amount of salt. The salsa lacked salt. The rice was the best. Very good rice. The relleno had a good flavor but was missing the egg batter. There was some but not enough. The enchilada. Now, I'm not sure what kind of cheese was used but it was really sweet. The enchilada sauce was also too sweet. The lemonade was also too sweet.
