I recently purchased a washer and a dryer Samsung brand this past week and I decided to install it myself and realize I had messed up. All hoses we're not properly installed by me. I called his company to come help me out ASAP and they were more than willing and happy to come in the same hour it was great to find out we have a local company in the area to come help out with the situation. Sergio arrived and was more than happy to help me out he installed all the hoses needed the proper way make sure everything was nice and tight and properly fixed. This review is based on our recent experience with dishwasher repair. It was easy to set up a call, the receptionist is prompt and able to schedule an appointment in a given timeline. The person who came out seemed knowledgeable about dishwashers and able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He identified the problem is with the case breaker and recommended to replace the sensor. The part was not with him so they rescheduled an appointment for next day. Carlos replaced the case breaker and put the dishwasher back with proper caution to not damage our hard wood floor. He tested to make sure there is no water leaks and function is normal before and after replacing the part. Also, got the text updates about the appointment, when the technician is coming, about the status. I am happy with the experience. read more

Amazing experience. I reached out using Yelp's handy messaging tool. I was able to get quick responses from their amazing team and make an appointment within 2 days. My dryer was struggling to start with normal loads of wet laundry. Omar was able to diagnose the issue quickly and brought a new motor knowing the issue when I first reached out. He replaced the motor quickly and even vacuumed all the lint hiding inside the dryer. Omar was kind enough to walk me through all the steps he was taking. Although I consider myself an amateur handyman, this was not something I would to play around with when I didn't have the time or expertise. Hell, I didn't even realize my dryer was connected to the gas line! I'm glad I reached out and you bet I will do it again if my washer breaks. read more

I was having issues with my Samsung washer and searched reviews on Yelp.  Found this company and got in touch with Ivan on the first call.  I had Google'd my issue and found out it could be one of three things (suspension rods, drain pump, etc) all of which I thought was going to take weeks and be expensive. As a person who is slightly wary of service work from being burned in the past, I was amazed that they fixed it with no new parts or anything.  It wasn't anything that I researched and just an adjustment.  Took 30 minutes to fix. I only write reviews when the service is exceptional and this is the case.  I would recommend this company to anybody. I usually don't take time to write reviews but I had such great service with this company and couldn't resist. My oven wasn't working so before I decided to purchase a new one I thought I would have it looked at to see if it was something minor.  I left messages for a few companies and this company called me right back (while the others called back in a few days). On the scheduled appointment date Andy was on time, very pleasant and professional.  The repair was going to be quite costly so I decided to buy a new stove.  Andy even sent me a suggestion for the new one and gave me a few bits of information on what brands would be best.  He was just wonderful! read more

My washer stopped working mid cycle.  I called a few places with good reviews and the wait time was up to a couple weeks.  Called GE Angel Prof Team and got a text message reply, set up the appointment for two days out, I liked that he told me about the covid precautions they were taking before they showed up.  I wasn't sure they were still able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances before the appointment but they showed up, with masks, replaced the part quickly and my washer is back in service.  Great communication, professional, friendly, and a fair price for parts and labor.  Highly recommend. read more

Andrew came out earlier this year to diagnose why our freezer wasn't cold. He also looked at hooking our main fridge to our waterline. He did both for a very competitive price and saved me the trouble of spending more by explaining how to hook up the waterline myself after purchasing a splitter from Home Depot. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate (made extra effort to clean up melted water around our freezer). Both are issues have been resolved and for much less cost than initially expected. We will always contact Andrew anytime we have any appliance issues. read more

Hayk is legit. I called the morning after I found out my refrigerator had stopped working completely. Hayk answered the phone, asked a few preliminary questions, which I was not able to answer bc didn't completely understand the situation. He was on another job, but was very accommodating. He said after he finished, he would call me and set up a time for repair later that afternoon. He was at the unit and finished the repair within 4 hours of my calling. Heart sunk when my LG combo washer/dryer started spewing water on the floor. Within 30 minutes of calling Alan and describing the issue, he showed up, friendly, courteous, and non-judgmental about what I had clearly done to break my appliance. Quick fix, and then he spent extra time running diagnostics to confirm and checked the surroundings to make sure all that water didn't damage anything, and even mopped up the floor. We hire them because our dishwasher Was not draining water. The process was pretty easy they came in and did evaluation called me within the hour to schedule the actual appointment to do the repairs. Scheduling is pretty simple and follows up with a text message reminder. Because I have a home warranty company that's where I started when my refrigerator and freezer stopped working. I was referred to a different company. They should not be in business! Problem with my ice-maker.  I fully expected to need to replace it.  I was able to get an appointment the next day, and Barry showed up on time.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Turns out it was a minor problem, and I only had to pay the trip charge!  He could have easily told me it was bad and replaced the unit; I wouldn't know any differently.  This is an honest company, which is very rare.  I will call them for all my appliance repair needs. read more

Our refrigerator was making a weird noise so we called them hoping we could get a solution ASAP. They made time for us at the end of a busy day (They came by around 8:45 PM), and was in and out in no time. They had to order a part for our filtered water dispenser so they came back on Saturday, and again completed their work in short order.
