Agree with Linh.....went to test drive a 911 and Jason was awesome. Best car dealership I've ever dealt with by far.

She was able to find a car that I feel like she knew that I'd love and was very patient with my buddy and myself. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome or the staff. Audi San Jose ruined my credit over a $695 tail light and violated fair credit reporting laws…read more This review is about my 2022 Audi lease return and the fallout caused by Audi San Jose. For context: I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 15 years. I've bought four cars from this dealership for hundreds of thousands of dollars and have personally recommended them to at least 10 friends. That's how much trust I had in them. When I returned my 2022 Audi, the dealership told me to cancel the independent lease inspection that I had previously scheduled and bring the car directly to them because they would "handle everything" on the same day. I was at the dealership signing and driving away in my new 2024 Audi e-tron GT, believing--based on what they told me--that the lease return was fully taken care of. Seven months later, out of nowhere, Audi Financial claimed there was a problem with the lease return: a $695 charge for a cracked tail light -- something they told me would be handled and disclosed on the same day. Audi never contacted me during those seven months. No notice. No discussion. No attempt to resolve anything before it escalated. I immediately disputed the charge in writing through the proper channels with documentation. Despite that, the charge was pushed through anyway and reported in a way that wrecked my credit. Since then, I have spent months--now over a year--trying to get this resolved. All I am asking is that Audi Financial properly report the facts back to the credit bureaus. They have refused to do so. The impact: my credit score went from ~820 to ~590 over this single $695 issue -- a problem that exists only because I followed Audi San Jose's instructions and trusted them to handle the return properly. To make matters worse, Audi San Jose has never acknowledged that they told me to cancel the inspection in the first place, even though that instruction is what put me in this position. Based on how this was handled -- reporting a disputed charge, ignoring the dispute, refusing to correct the reporting, and causing massive credit damage without any meaningful attempt to resolve it -- Audi violated fair credit reporting laws and basic consumer protection standards and I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection organizations. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was: * Bad guidance from the dealership * Zero follow-up for seven months * Then financial and credit damage over a $695 tail light charge * And over a year of refusal to fix their reporting After 15+ years of loyalty, four cars, and countless referrals, I will never, ever, ever buy another car from Audi again.

The negotiation was refreshingly quick and straightforward, and we came to a deal without the usual hours of back-and-forth. Shadi in finance was equally great. He made the paperwork easy, helped work through an issue with the sales tax rate for my registration address, and never made the finance process feel like a marathon. I was at the dealership for only about 2.5 hours total, including a 15-minute test drive, negotiation, financing and taking delivery. That's easily one of the quickest and least painful car-buying experiences I've had. I'd happily work with Refai and Shadi again.

No one seemed to know what was going on, and I was asked to buy a car 5 times in 20 minutes. Worse, a $1,000 "service fee" was embedded into my payoff amount without ever being disclosed. When I caught it and they alluded to "m "my numbers were wrong" and this was the correct payoff. Only problem, is that I had the correct payoff from my BMW app. I then politely asked to have it removed, I was refused. That's a devious, disgraceful way to do business. On top of that, this payoff had been discussed for weeks, and no one told me to bring a cashier's check, so I couldn't even complete it. I ended up buying the car on my own in order to not waste anymore of my time and not give them any business.

We came in specifically to see the Mazda CX-50. From the moment Justin greeted us, he was incredibly helpful. As the conversation progressed, it felt less like a sales pitch and more like a friend helping us make the right decision. There was zero "hard sell" pressure, which we really appreciated. Justin was also very transparent with the out-the-door quote and worked hard to get us the best value. If you're looking for a Mazda, go see Justin, he's straightforward and genuine!

Dishonest service crew, deceptive advertising, and a disgusted customer…read more I have had exactly three interactions with this service center, and I have left disgusted every single time. The first red flag was in 2023. My girlfriend brought in her two-year-old Mazda CX-5, and the service advisor tried to hand us an $800+ bill for a laundry list of services--including a brake fluid change and tire balancing. Mind you, this was a nearly new vehicle, and not a single one of those services was on Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. It was a blatant cash grab. The second red flag was in 2024. We went in for basic maintenance and dealt with a service rep trying to trick us into the exact same round of unnecessary brake fluid changes and tire balancing. When we saw through it and refused, she dropped all professionalism and hit us with an incredibly condescending, "Sure, I meannn... it is your car." The final straw was today. I booked an appointment based on a promotional oil change offer they were running. The moment we arrived, the service guy pulled a classic bait-and-switch, claiming that due to "fine print," they actually had to charge us an additional $50+. Maybe it's our fault for not bringing a magnifying glass to read their ads, but I would much rather do business with a service shop that is transparent and honest. This place relies on deception and upselling to make a buck. I absolutely do not recommend anyone use their service. No customer should have to experience this level of disrespect.
