Getting some regular maintenance service done and the customer service was great. We were greeted and helped right away.

We brought our X4 M40i in for service twice recently. The first time we brought it in for some routine service and coincidentally immediately after leaving the car was getting overhearing messages out of the blue and needed a new water pump. The second time we brought in for tire changes and a few days later we noticed this damage to our hood. This damage does cannot possibly happen for collision with another vehicle. It was caused by the hoists or tools that were used for servicing.

Stevens Creek BMW offered, hands down, THE best deal I could find among all BMW dealerships in the Bay Area. I compared extensively -- not just locally, but also with several South Cal dealers and even broker quotes -- and they were still at the top. My BMW family loyalty rebate and history of selling a car to their sister dealership (Stevens Creek Honda) right across the street helped, but even without that, their pricing was extremely competitive. Adriel was my salesperson, and he was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the initial test drive to keeping me updated on the production&delivery status to post delivery support, he was consistently responsive -- even replying to iMessages during odd hours. More importantly, he was transparent and straightforward. No games, no pressure, no last-minute surprises. I tend to be very cautious with dealerships. Before buying, I did a lot of homework on common tactics used to boost dealership profit -- things like grossly marked-up interest rates, nitrogen tire upsells, VIN etching, inflated doc fees, and other junk add-ons. Stevens Creek BMW didn't pull any of that. The experience felt clean and professional. During paperwork, Eric (finance/doc) did walk us through options like the Ultimate Care maintenance package and extended warranty, but it was presented reasonably -- not pushed aggressively. In my case, since we plan to keep the X5 for 10+ years and the pricing was more than solid, buying them actually made sense. Viet, the BMW Genius, was also fantastic. He walked me through the car setup, explained everything clearly, and made the transition from a lifelong sedan driver to an SUV feel much less intimidating. PS he has a great sense of humor which made the whole experience enjoyable, even while we were slowly roasting in the sun.

In short, very arrogant behavior from the sales and service staffs. Disappointing but I think this is what you get.

Sale men are not friendly and not helpful and not even ask the customers to help. The worst car dealership ever.

However, the moment I saw and sat inside the Lexus NX 350h, I was completely captivated. What ultimately led me to complete the purchase within a single day was the exceptional experience and outstanding support provided by my salesperson, Alvin Nonales. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to customer service transformed a casual consideration into a confident and memorable decision. Alvin Nonales exemplifies the art of salesmanship. His ability to build relationships, inspire confidence, and create value reminds me of the legendary Zig Ziglar. Ten billion stars to Alvin Nonales!

The sales associate I worked with, Herman, clearly knows how to sell cars and seems to have an impressive sales record. During our conversation, he repeatedly talked about how many vehicles he sells, including sales to customers out of state, and emphasized that his RX 350h sales were always at full asking price. He also stressed that the RX 350h was the hottest vehicle on the lot, that inventory sold quickly, and that there was essentially no room for negotiation. While I respect confidence and understand that high-demand vehicles often have limited negotiating room, I felt the conversation came across as more boastful than customer-focused. I left wishing there had been more humility and a greater effort to build a relationship. Personally, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I also became frustrated because I never received a callback from management after trying to continue the conversation. That reinforced the feeling that I was simply another potential sale rather than someone whose business was genuinely appreciated. I ultimately purchased my Lexus from Lexus Monterey Peninsula, where Isaiah and the management team, including Robbie, treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made the buying experience feel personal. Most importantly, they were willing to negotiate in good faith to earn my business. We were able to reach a deal that worked for both of us, allowing them to make a sale while leaving me feeling valued and genuinely happy with my purchase. That is what I believe great customer service looks like. If you're comfortable paying asking price without much discussion, Stevens Creek Lexus may be a good fit for you. If you're looking for a dealership that makes you feel welcome, takes the time to earn your trust, and works with you to reach a fair deal, I highly recommend Lexus Monterey Peninsula. As a veteran and an educator who regularly shares recommendations with fellow veterans at my local VFW, as well as friends, family, and colleagues, customer service matters to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stevens Creek Lexus.

For context: I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 15 years. I've bought four cars from this dealership for hundreds of thousands of dollars and have personally recommended them to at least 10 friends. That's how much trust I had in them. When I returned my 2022 Audi, the dealership told me to cancel the independent lease inspection that I had previously scheduled and bring the car directly to them because they would "handle everything" on the same day. I was at the dealership signing and driving away in my new 2024 Audi e-tron GT, believing--based on what they told me--that the lease return was fully taken care of. Seven months later, out of nowhere, Audi Financial claimed there was a problem with the lease return: a $695 charge for a cracked tail light -- something they told me would be handled and disclosed on the same day. Audi never contacted me during those seven months. No notice. No discussion. No attempt to resolve anything before it escalated. I immediately disputed the charge in writing through the proper channels with documentation. Despite that, the charge was pushed through anyway and reported in a way that wrecked my credit. Since then, I have spent months--now over a year--trying to get this resolved. All I am asking is that Audi Financial properly report the facts back to the credit bureaus. They have refused to do so. The impact: my credit score went from ~820 to ~590 over this single $695 issue -- a problem that exists only because I followed Audi San Jose's instructions and trusted them to handle the return properly. To make matters worse, Audi San Jose has never acknowledged that they told me to cancel the inspection in the first place, even though that instruction is what put me in this position. Based on how this was handled -- reporting a disputed charge, ignoring the dispute, refusing to correct the reporting, and causing massive credit damage without any meaningful attempt to resolve it -- Audi violated fair credit reporting laws and basic consumer protection standards and I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection organizations. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was: * Bad guidance from the dealership * Zero follow-up for seven months * Then financial and credit damage over a $695 tail light charge * And over a year of refusal to fix their reporting After 15+ years of loyalty, four cars, and countless referrals, I will never, ever, ever buy another car from Audi again.

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!
