I have driven past this place probably hundreds of times over the years. We were actually heading to a different restaurant when we noticed Gemato's and decided to try something different. Inside, it looked really clean and thematic. The lighting was perfect. I was pleased to see that they also serve alcohol. The menu is impressive and they have lunch specials, Monday-Thursday. I only get their rib special here. And I will say that in terms of ribs they are some of the best I've had in the Chicago suburbs. I have not tried anything else.
