I selected a regular pedicure and specified that I wanted a pedicure, but my manicurist decided on her own to give me a gel pedicure. It was only when I spoke up that they said "you should just do gel instead." I was also pressured into picking a color other than the one I would've preferred. My first selection was out of stock (a cool light pink), so they suggested that I try something entirely different that was next to it (a neutral tan color). When I pushed back and selected a different light pink shade, another worker told me that it would be too see through and insisted that I should go for a hotter, brighter color. I begrudgingly relented, but I don't like feeling pressured into multiple choices other than the one I initially wanted to go with. The water was lukewarm and I had a scab on my toe that my pedicurist kept applying pressure to that hurt a lot. I was visibly wincing and flinching. I wish I would've said something in the moment.

I needed a new set of gel nails. she started putting the tips, and they did the straight tips that tilted upwards, made my fingers look funky. I would say their work is Ok. Not great. would I go back NO. they charged $80 dollars for a new set not including tip for a job that was subpar.
