Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. My air had stopped blowing cold air and I could not take just rolling down the windows, since I knew it would be getting hotter real fast. However after talking with Thomas, who gave me a run down on what my car needed Per him my air conditioning didn't just need a charge, I needed an entire Air Compressor Kit and processed to quote me an crazy amount, plus other issues he had found that needed to be taken care of.
