I have to admit the food isn't the best, but the customer service is amazing. I was having trouble ordering at the kiosk and 2 workers came to guide me step by step. If you have dining credits you are able to use it here by swiping the membership card. I got the chicken nachos with all the fixings, an order of churros and a soda. It was odd that they put the nachos in a covered bowl with a lid because most of the chips were soggy on the bottom. The churro tasted like bread with sugar. I got the caramel sauce even though I had ordered the chocolate sauce. Overall it's a good place to sit down and relax a bit since the restaurant is right next to the theater where we need to be for the concert. There are other dine in options like Rock n Brew or the buffet, if you just need something quick Chingon will do the job. read more

Not gonna lie, writing a positive review was not something I saw in George Lopez's Chingon Kitchen's future with me. However, I'm happy to report I was very pleased with the food here! For myself, I had the Taquitos of which you get three in an $8 order. You get to pick what you have on them and I went simple with guac and cheese. Holy guacamole, they piled it on! I love avocados a ton (basic B) but even for me, it was a bit much. The taquitos were incredibly tasty though, just a tiny kick to them and sooooo~ crispy. Like crisped to perfection. I'm a big fan and will absolutely get these again. My friend had the Cabo Potato with Carne Asada for $14. Not quite as good a deal as my taquitos (though I'm sure they are simply meant to be an appetizer), but still not too bad considering how filling a potato is filled with ingredients. Bonus: They have a Pepsi freestyle-esque machine. I've only seen those for Coke so that was fun. They even had an energy drink as a dispensable option! I was excited about that but had to dump it out as it was missing the flavoring. Understandably Chingon Kitchen draws a comparison to Chitpotle because it's the same time of assembly line you walk through, picking and choosing your toppings. For me, the big difference was it's a bit more chaotic (read: disorganized) and much more slow getting through the line. Things were a bit out of order in line but it all worked out in the end. Plus, does Chitpotle have menudo? Noooooo they don't! So bonus points to Chingon for that. Plus their murals are bad @$$, loved it. When I'm back at the Yamaava Casino in a couple weeks, I'm getting there earlier enough for breakfast! Their coffee and hot chocolate sound divine! My sister & I made the mistake of going to George Lopez kitchen. 1st of all, once you pay through the kiosk, it tells you , you will have a 10 minute wait for your food. Not true! We waited 45 minutes and we never received a text. I finally went to ask if I was ever going to get our 1 burrito, it was actually just sitting on a shelf. Therefore, next time, if needed, I'll I just wait until I drive away from the casino. A sharp business leader would hire enough workers to handle the quantity of people that will be expected after a big show. read more

Wow wow wow! Such a great ambiance, friendly service and absolutely delicious food & drinks! Waiting in line for one hour was well worth the wait! I got to see the staff in action making sure everything was fresh! I was so impressed watching them make homemade tortillas! Numerous menu options to choose from! The chicken burrito was one of the best I've ever had! Every bite was full of flavor! The salsas were all delicious! Also ordered four carne asada tacos & fresh guacamole! You cannot go wrong with any of their burrito options. I had the el pastor and chicken and they were both great. For some reason each time I come there's always a line and it goes kind of slow. I believe it's because there's so many options that when customers tried to order the Food is made to order. I equate this to your typical chipotle line but chipotles lines go very quickly compared to here. But anyways the food is fantastic here. I tried the churros and they are very good. It's quite spacious in the restaurant for seating And you get the feeling that you are in a bar type atmosphere. Use Club Serrano card for 10% discount Chingon tacos ($11 + $1 for chicken): the tortilla for the taco was a bit flimsy. M thought their chicken was salty. Only came with 2 tacos (so $6/taco). Chips and queso ($9.5): chips were crispy & queso was solid. Not the best, but one of the better items I had that night. Churros ($5): comes as 3 churros with choice of caramel or chocolate sauce. Went with caramel, which had the right sweetness. The churros disintegrated when biting into them. Not gonna get again. Sad since there was so much potential. I've never been here, but my friend, who gambles and goes to Yaamava' frequently, had a $20 food credit to this place (I think) or to any breakfast. He invited me for Bfast as he knows I LOVE FOOD! We waited over an hour for the regular line. This place is like a Chipotle, like how they push the food down the line and there is one person per section, filling your order, toppings, etc. they need to find a way to streamline this more. Even getting the food itself was slow. I got the green chilaquiles, my friend got the breakfast torta. $12 each. NO MENUDO ($17) TO BE FOUND! It was a Sunday and I don't think they ran out as nobody had a bowl at their table. Neither dish was anything to rave about. It's a great place to eat, listen to music and chill with a burrito and a Paloma. They have carne asada, chicken, Al pastor, and other options. Some Mole would hit the spot though! Their tortillas are made here. We ordered the tacos, burrito, Cabo potato (pa probarlo), torta, and churros. The burritos, torta and churros were our favorite. The line will fluctuate depending on what time and day of the week, we waited about 40 minutes on a Saturday night and I don't blame the señoras either, they're hustling! Neta, it's the people that don't choose what to order until they get to the front of the line slowing everything up. We just got some drinks in the connected bar and got in line. Yesterday the line was super long. Good customer service, but it's the people that orders that makes the line longer. They will be in line for an hour, and when it's time to order, that's when they literally decide what to get. Menus are very simple. It's like eating and ordering at chipotle. Nothing complicated. The food is amazing here. I've had the asada burrito, asada nachos and their Menudo. One thing I really like about this spot is how they make their asada. They grill the whole steak first, then cut it into smaller pieces unlike a lot of Mexican restaurants. Other Mexican restaurants buy their meat cut already. Ready to microwave. YUCK. One thing they can better is their service. They either have really good service or bad service. One last thing, on their menu it says the churros come with chocolate syrup. For the last couple of weeks I've been asking for chocolate syrup and they haven't had any. What's up with that? I don't like my churros without my chocolate syrup. read more
