I was looking for a diner for a quick meal, and George Webb Restaurant fit the bill. The server was incredibly nice. I ordered pancakes and sausage. It satisfied my craving for pancakes and breakfast food. We ordered chocolate cake al a mode fit dessert. It was good but was very expensive for what you get, almost $8.00. I left George Webb Restaurant satisfied, and it comes recommended.

I was hoping merely to avoid catastrophe when I pulled up on what seemed at first glance a climate challenged house of waffles boasting 24-hour food service and a no refund policy... really? why and how does that get posted in the store? I totally get it, but still??? walked in anyway and sat down on a too low, too close to the counter stool and had a look at the menu as coffee and iced water arrived. skillet? nope. pancakes? nope. omelet? nope. the All American is eggs, taters, sausages, and toast! just right!! I hope :-\ my food arrives much, much sooner than expected and looks pretty normal... bright yellow yolks, lightly browned hashed potatoes, ample sausage patties, and plain white toast (wanted dry but it never seems to work out that way) a blast of hot sauce on the eggs and drag the hash browns through. bites of whites and taters and sausage in rotation and then toast to finish! wasn't expecting much but they seriously overperformed: clean restaurant, polite efficient service, hot coffees, food fastly, good value... I will totally eat here again when I return in the spring :-)

Chicken flavored noodles (their take on chicken noodle soup). Only has broth and noodles in it. Lazy.

I had to pick someone up from the airport in the wee hours of the morning after their flight was delayed multiple times. Milwaukee was having bad weather, so I left much earlier than I apparently needed to because I got to the area with an hour to spare. Given the lack of places open after midnight by the airport, I chose to stop at George Webb's and get a couple of things to help pass the time. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a bowl of chicken flavored noodles. The mozzarella sticks were Italian breaded, which I like, but they were still cold on the inner most part. Not sure why that's hard to screw up, but ok. Chicken flavored noodles is George Webb's take on chicken noodle soup, but literally with just a neon yellow chicken flavored broth and noodles. I shouldn't have expected much given the disdain I had for Webb's before this stop, but my god this soup is just lazy. If you don't want to include bits of chicken in it, at least add some carrots and celery. Pathetic.

The servers who work at this location are always so kind and courteous. Their customer service skills exceed what anyones expectations might ever be. As I'm not a "regular", I don't honestly know what to get. Each time I've been here (this is my 3rd experience) the servers have helped me out. I've had the pleasure of being helped by 2 different people in these trips. Both ladies were top notch! Tonight's server is Angie, and I've had her twice. Angie is one of the best servers I've ever seen. Polite, helpful, and not just to me- but every customer I watched her greet and serve. The aroma of good food at a great price wafts in the air. When you combine the two- it's magic! Highly recommend!!!

Not sure how one hamburger is $7.00? My hubbys special was the same price.

Food and service are still awesome but there is a sharp increase in price. A regular single burger went up to $7.00? We used to stop for breakfast every week but haven't because of the pandemic. Our bill was about $5.00 more than usual. With tip two burgers, fries, two cups of chili and soda was nearly $25.00. a nice treat but not a weekly thing.

They carry Rishi teas, which always have great flavor. To start, we ordered the Korean cauliflower. It came out in a reasonable amount of time and had nice flavor, was served hot, and was a good portion. There were some nicely sized pieces on top, but underneath was a pile of smaller pieces that turned into a bit of a gooey mess. For our entrees, I had the Hot Bacon Salad, and she ordered the fish tacos. Both were good, served hot, and had solid flavor. Portions were generous, and we ended up taking some home. Service: Service throughout the meal was very good. They did a great job getting us settled with waters and menus. Our server was super enthusiastic and friendly, and the pacing was spot on. Nice job, Brandon. Atmosphere: It's a well-designed space. It was very busy, though there were still plenty of booths and seating options. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a small group that was video chatting and had a screaming baby on the other end. I like babies... just not while I'm eating. Overall: Mostly a good experience. I would go back, with a request to sit in a quieter area.

Stopped by often and very friendly. Would I go back, yes, I would if in the area but won't order the burger for sure. With 4 in our group and only one issue I gave a 3-star rating.

There is a small portion for outdoor seating, but it's the interior that makes this place unique. A panoply of saloon memorabilia covers the walls and ceiling in its entirety. It is an impressive site to behold. It was neat spotting some of the items that are also in my personal collection, and I could write all day about the décor, but this is a food review. My family and I dined there on 8/5 for my brother's birthday. I'll begin by saying our waitress Cindy did an excellent job as she was friendly and attentive. For my entrée, I went with the Monterey Steak Bites, which is listed as an appetizer on the menu. I'm not the largest guy, so the 6oz of grilled black angus steak was plenty for me. The bites are sauteed with white wine, mushrooms, garlic butter, and topped with a layer of melty Monterey Jack Cheese. Everything about this dish was perfect. My steak was tender and juicy, the mushrooms were abundant, large, and fresh, the garlic flavoring was noticeable but not overpowering, and the plethora of cheese was more than enough to satisfy this cheesehead. If there was any negative to it, it would be that it was so rich, I had a bit of a stomachache after, but that's why I don't eat this way all the time. Almost forgot to mention, it comes with a tiny cocktail fork that was ideal for spearing the steak and mushrooms. Phenomenal job, Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews *The plethora of drinks on the menu was also impressive

The service was fantastic. I'm sorry I didn't catch our server's name, but she was attentive without being intrusive and took great care of us. We had shared that we were tired and hungry, so she brought us bread, hot from the oven, with butter. I had the quarter dark chicken, which was tasty but a little dry (not surprising considering it was near 11 pm), with sides of baked sweet potato (divine) and french onion soup (a very generous, cheesy, classic bowl - hadn't had it in years and loved it). SO had a burger (juicy and also very generously sized - he couldn't finish the last few bites!) and steak fries (nicely seasoned and tasty). Parking is plentiful, although apparently there's only one entrance. Honestly, the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the gambling machines and sports on tv everywhere, which are a nuisance to the atmosphere but didn't detract from the food, our main objective. A solid choice close to the airport. Happy with our experience.

The counter service was a great bonus and gave the place that classic diner feel. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Every plate came out hot, the portions were generous, and everything was cooked just right. Friendly service, great food, and a classic diner atmosphere. If you're in the Oak Creek area, whether you're a local or just passing through like we were, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!

This is a solid breakfast spot and every table was in service towards the end of our meals. We had a chili cheese omelette and the country fried steak breakfast. I had the country fried steak this time but I did have the chili cheese omelette on my last visit and I didn't snap any pictures because a customer had a medical emergency and an ambulance and fire truck came to the restaurant but I remember liking it. The decor is nothing fancy but it's not a dive with over priced omelets like my breakfast experience, look at my last review. The country fried steak was noticeably bigger than most places around town except for NA cafe which is a real country steak and I just expected a frozen restaurant supply quality. It was golden brown with that commercial sausage gravy which is the norm for 99% of breakfast restaurants around town so I'm not going to knock them on that because I'm a country fried steak guy all my life. The sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly. The extra crispy hash browns were cooked perfectly and the sourdough toast was better than the average restaurant where you couldn't tell if it was white or sourdough with that chew. Overall it's a solid breakfast spot with all my visits and at $13 it's $9 cheaper than my last breakfast experience at a dive restaurant and hits the spot.
