If you need follow-up work that was initially done by George and his team, you will get none. I have repeatedly contacted his office via email, phone and text. I was told someone would get back to me and that hasn't happened. Over a month of trying to get help and nothing. There are many choices of good plumbers. Pick another. My shower was only producing hot water so called these guys. They came out and said I needed a new cartridge. Cartridge was about $75 and labor was $400 (!) for about a half hours work. I said ok and all was good until a couple weeks later when shower only produced hot water again. I called them back and they said they'd be out to look and I never heard from them again. So if you want misdiagnosing, overcharging, non-communicative plumbers, these are your guys. read more

i've had a terrible experience with George's plumbing when i hired them to fix a leak in my shower/wall .The leak not only wasn't fixed ( which we found out later) but also George took a video, told us there is a black mold there, referred us to remediation company and charged over $400 . Remediation company "dansel"came confirmed the mold and gave us estimate for $4500 not including restoration. Soon after that i decided to call mold inspection company to see if there any other places in the house which needed treatment . Few days later we received a results from the lab saying there's NO mold anywhere! when I reached out to George,s plumbing again to explain the ongoing leak he was vague saying there will be additional charges ( on top of $425 I already paid!), so we didn't want to risk throwing more money away and hired another plumber who fixed the leak and closed the hole in opened wall .Be careful hiring this company! We have never had such an experience before ! That's a shame companies like that still exist and claim to be professionals read more

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another "reputable " company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman.
