We called Aqua Flow Plumbing at 9:00 PM on Tuesday and by 9:00 AM on Wednesday they had fixed it! We had a pinhole leak behind the valve in the shower. I thought we'd have to rip out the whole shower to get at it. David (from Aqua Flow Plumbing) offered to come out on Tuesday evening but I didn't want to pay for expedited service for a pinhole leak. So he came out on Wednesday morning. David went through the drywall on the other side of the the wall from the shower and found the leak. He came out at 7:20 AM and had it done by 9:00 AM. So he fixed it quickly and he didn't have to damage the bathroom. The price was reasonable. Very happy with the service. read more

I had a leak from my shower which Dave responded to on a Sunday and came immediately next morning to take a look at. Once I got the needed parts from manufacturer Dave came over on a weekend due to my unavailability during weekday to fix the shower. He went above and beyond to figure out how to fix the water temperature and pressure correctly after the original plumber had done a pretty bad job adjusting the controls correctly. I had a problem with two different faucets in my kitchen. A job that two other home warranty plumbers managed to either not fix or make worse. I called Aqua Flow for a quote. Dave called me back in just a few minutes and arranged to meet first thing in the morning. He review the job, quoted me very reasonably and we agreed to move forward. I had a necessary part ordered and coming that day as I was going to attempt myself. Dave had no issue with using my part. Cannot recommend enough, I had a sewer leak under the garden that suddenly sprang up on a Sunday afternoon, Dave came out within minutes and dug through 3ft of garden to get to the fault within minutes. Turns out the plumbers who redid our service line punctured the sewer pipe (and the city inspector signed off on it!). Dave turned up and quickly checked and updated me as he went and found what was going on and did a great job repairing the damage really fast. This was several months ago and everything's been fine since. Avoid all those guys with the fancy trucks and ads, just hire Dave & Aquaflow and the job will be done properly for a good price. I called to report a lead from a toilet in my home. They were at my house within an hour (which is the time they said they would arrive) and access the problem quickly and provided professional service to fix the leak, I then requested an estimate to replace a different toilet. They gave a reasonable quote and waited while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a new toilet. The installation was quick and professional. The representative noticed that I had low water pressure and provided a recommendation to increase the water pressure for a very reasonable price. In fact, he guaranteed that the water pressure would be noticeable improve or the service would be free. The work was done quickly and efficiently and professionally. I called them because I had a leaky shower faucet which was steadily driipping water and getting progresively worse each day. They arrived promptly, examined the faucet and explained in detail what the problem might be and the options for fixing it. I agreed and they arrived promptly the next morning and had the problem fixed shortly, and for a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again for any plumbing problems in the future. They are honest and highly qualified and do excellent work.
