Since my spouse travels frequently for work, this is the only shop they trust to handle our car while they're away. Recently, I had an issue and was concerned about some noises coming from our vehicle. I left a voicemail, got a callback within an hour, and given our situation, they worked with us to come in to ensure everything was okay. But, just like a sickly child walking into the doctor's office looking perfectly healthy, our car didn't make the noise when it was checked, haha. The staff suggested recording the sound and bringing it back if it worsened over the weekend, as they are closed then. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it.
