My dryer not working and asked Gerold's to come fixed. First time he was polite and gentle to the machine coz he got paid. He said he gave 90 day's warranty. Unfortunately, the dryer won't work again after 30 days. So called him to check on it again. This time I can hear he slammed the dryer door through my garage door closed. Not just one time, it's couple time. After 10 mins, he told me it's not fixable and suggested me to buy a new one. Then rush out of the door. I messaged Gerold late last night after discovering I had a leak from my washer. I searched through Yelp to find a local business that would be able to resolve the issue. Gerold contacted me first thing in the morning and had asked questions regarding the leak. He then agreed to come out and see the washer to open it up. After pulling open the front panel, he already figured out what the issue was. Gerold said it could be fixed, however, the part, alone, is costly. I called Gerold on Friday afternoon as our dishwasher had broken down. Since we were heading into the weekend, I did not expect that we'd be able to get it fixed until during the week, so I was pleasantly surprised when Gerald scheduled a window the following morning -- Saturday -- for a service all. He arrived well within the window he gave us (he told us 10-12, and arrived at 11), took a look at the dishwasher, diagnosed and fixed our issue. Called Gerold yesterday to see about replacing the seals on a 13-year-old refrigerator. Right off the bat, he told me it probably wasn't going to be worth it. He asked a few questions to try to diagnose the problem over the phone and we decided he'd stop by and attempt to fix without replacing the seals (would have been ~$400 to replace, would be better of buying a new fridge). This morning Gerold stopped by right on time and it took him about 15 minutes to fix everything up. He only charged for a visit and gave us instructions about taking care of the problem if it recurs.
