I will never go back here again. Rockin jump in Modesto is way better!! I couldn't even jump with MY OWN DAUGHTER! She wanted to jump with us and hold her hand we got yelled at. And we only got yelled at by one person. We were paying with her same person yelled at us she had to do everything on her own and yet she is 4 years old!! But yet the same person let a whole group play in one area but when I went in with my child he tells me only one person?! Screw this place! Been in there a couple times. There is one particular reason I do care to go here anymore and would rather go to Modesto with my kids! The Manager Nicole is rude and doesn't have the greatest customer service, also the way she talks to the other employees in front of customs is not ok. Definitely not manager material. I went in before went she wasn't there and had a great time the young staff and the shift leader at the time were very accommodating. My son enjoyed this place very much! Just wish the employees would keep a better eye on the older kids who go into to the baby/toddler section to play. Cause problems because the little ones don't get to roam free without worry that they'll get hurt. Get Air is concerned about child safety they told me that my kids wear Rock N jump socks because they have the grips. And did not make me buy Get air socks. Rock N jump told me I had to buy socks because my kids couldn't wear competers socks!! read more

This place has a few more choices from Rockin Jump in Modesto. I brought my nieces and stood in line for some time till a worker approached us to let us know about a waiver we had to sign in before standing in line so we lost our place to sign a waiver. We continued to have a good time although some employees don't seem to understand good customer service means smiling and maybe enjoying their jobs. I felt the negative energy from the staff I do understand working around kids of all ages can be overwhelming but that's what places have workers for to encourage people back. I won't say I might not come back I just won't look forward to it as much as I'm willing to drive to Modesto to have a good time. read more

The park manager got in touch with me and worked something out. Jack was super professional and very kind and understanding. He made our experience a very enjoyable one and my family definitely enjoyed themselves that night. The manager acknowledged the issues and said he would make them right and work with the staff so that they know better next time. Scheduled with a representative and asked SPECIFICALLY if height would be an issue.. Told her my child's height, she said, not a problem, he'd be ok.. WRONG!.. so now they won't give my money back or offer to correct the situation in which their employee gave false information.. All was recorded and they knew their employee lied.. I understand the No Refund policy BUT that shouldn't apply if the information given is a lie to make the sale and you have the recorded call to verify this employee lied!.. We had so much fun the first time..we decided to have my son's birthday there. We had about 30 people in his party including parent/s and it went super well. All of the kids were just having s blast...including myself. Great set up with ninja course, form pits, fidget latter, slack line, and something call surf board. Oh, and dodge ball!!! My friends threw me a surprise party here for my 22nd birthday. As the guest of honor, I got a free T-shirt which was pretty cool. For dinner we had soda & the pizza offered there, and it was really good. My only complaint is that they didn't offer diet soda (I'm diabetic) & I had to buy some from a vending machine, but at least there was that option! There were lots of different places to jump, and the obstacle course & foam pits were a lot of fun! My son has been wanting to go to the trampoline park and we usually go to the one in Modesto but since we relocated we decided to try out the one down the street. Looks pretty small but once your inside it's pretty spacious since my sons a toddler . I give this place 4 stars for the excellent service, super friendly staff which are great with kids , pretty clean and of course smells like sweat a little but not too bad. The manager totally got my son to buy their merch and he loves it, the prices are super reasonable. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family . We will definitely be back every week if the little one is down ! read more

This jumping park may have more interactive activities and be less expensive in comparison to rock-n-Jump (like obstacle courses, tight rope), but there are many downsides. It is smaller. There is less order, which increases injuries. There are less ref's and less enforced rules. Also, there is a very disappointing height requirement. Since my 6 year old isn't a tall one, and isn't up to 46 inches yet, he couldn't even jump with all his friends in the main jump and obstacle courses. Plus, his friends above 46 inches couldn't jump in the small area he was able to. A height requirement makes no sense, since my child is in gymnastics and more agile and capable than those tall, younger kids jumping around in the main areas. Rock n jump makes much more sense with their AGE requirements. A child who is tall and young is certainly not as safe out in the main area than a short, older child would be. Of course it was fun, but I wouldn't recommend. read more

Had my daughters birthday party here on Labor Day. Even though it was really busy, the manager Devante and our party hostess Raquel (spelling?) were extremely helpful. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to help. This was a great choice for my daughters birthday. The staff here is rude. I work with children for a living and I am a strong believer that in order to have a successful establishment you must hire people who can cannot with not only the parents but the children. They don't have fun with the kids, but rather drill seargent like. They weren't welcoming when we walked in either. I spent over $60 here and couldn't even get a "hi welcome to get air, how's your day going?". Just very inpersonal. Also, if you have a kid that's a tad above 46' and a tad below 46', they will be separated and cannot jump together. As a single mom, I had to be wonder women and be ALL over the place watching both my kids. I will definitely rather take the drive to Modesto rock n jump. read more

We had our twins birthday party here on 09/08/19. Everything was set up for us when we arrived and our party host greeted us promptly and even offered to help carry in our stuff. He helped keep the party on schedule with the pizza and even organized a dodge ball game. The other party host also checked-in with us repeatedly. This is a great place to have a party and the party packages are reasonably priced. My kids really enjoyed the goodie bags supplied by Get Air in our package. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because it took over 10 minutes for us to check out at the register at the end of the party. I had booked the party online 1 month prior and used a coupon code. The correct amount was reflected in all my email correspondence but when I went to check out, they had not applied the coupon code. I had to scroll through my trash box in my emails to find the code, then he had to call two managers on the phone, then the computer would not accept the code. When I finally gave my credit card to pay, their computer froze twice. Aside from that, it was a great experience, a good value and I would recommend it. read more

He made a foam block chair and a tower for my little two year-old, and taught my 11 year old how to do back flip! Me and my kids are definitely coming back because of him! This place is small. The party areas are crowded and it is not pleasant. We are crammed in a small area with 3 sections of long tables (2 other parties). No privacy. They try to tend to your needs but it is crazy. The party was for my 6-year old and he was forced to play in the smaller (toddler) area. Ridiculous. If I had known of this height restriction, I would have gone elsewhere. $250? To have my son NOT PLAY WITH HIS COUSINS IN DODGEBALL? FORCED INTO THE KIDDIE AREA. ON HIS BIRTHDAY. (party was 1/28/18) He cried because he was excluded. And the kiddie areas are limited in space. They should restrict the number of people in here because the kiddie area was wayyyyy over-crowded. My son found a way to have some fun, but overall... POOR EXPERIENCE. AND to boot? They didn't give us our gift for the guest of honor. This place is no fun!!!! I took my boys to one in socal and they had the best time ever so I went weekly with them. This one they have a HUGE stick up their asses!!! We signed a waiver we know what we're getting into. My boys got in trouble for running, jumping into the same pit (they are twins they do everything together so I look like either a bad parent or a helicopter parent by following them around saying don't play with your brother WTF) They can't jump in the open area (the other one they jumped anywhere they wanted) so they kept getting yelled at for that too because their memory they were allowed to. So if you have an active child or children and you want them to get energy out you may be doing more exercise following them around telling them the rules since they can't read. I suggest you try a different place maybe Modesto is better. I'll try their next time because I'll never bring them here again. I should have listened to the other parent who had a bad review. Oh and when I was trying to go tell my children not to do something and was yelling their names he wouldn't even alllow me to talk to my children. Dude let me parent my own children they weren't engaging in any dangerous activity. I thought allowing siblings to play was encouraged but not here. read more
