I went in for a gel powder dip refill told the older lady several times she said yes but then used acrylic for fill the nails did not match the length and shape she kept adding acrylic and filing to match which made the point tips bend downward finally after a long time the kinda looked similar, after 3 days the point on one broke and after 4 days another one broke and there the ones I told her to remove and redo but did not. She cut my toes while drilling off my old gel polish, cut and filed my toes too low and unevenly, there is paint all over my toes that she tried to wipe off, and the worst part is she kept FALLING ASLEEP while doing my pedicure! Used to love this place (first time back in about a year), nice people but now the staff seemed unhappy and overworked. Only one person was interested in greeting people when they entered the business. My nail person didn't use sterilized tools, I was appalled; however, person was nice but on the phone a lot, took two hours for basic mani/pedi - yet did a good job and was friendly to me. Note that this business "prefers" you pay with CASH (Venmo or Zelle accepted) which is very "convenient" for the business of course. If you pretend to pay with cc you pay either $5 fee or either about 9% of your total - That's ridiculous. I was not offered water or anything. The place had a sewage smell when I entered. For the price I paid, I can go to a different salon with better customer oriented policies. read more

UPDATE: The original nail tech who did my nails years back is still here, Christian, he's the manager. Still so gracious and kind! We called to make an appointment prior to coming in; because they're busy! Especially during these times, they're doing their best by social distancing while having their customers go in for the services. We called for a full set for my daughter, and my sister got us gel pedicures. We went in about 10 minutes before our appointment time, and we were all seated right away! Karen who did my pedicure was amazing. She was friendly, made conversation, offered us drinks, and took her time. My sisters lady was quiet, but did a great job. My daughters nail tech wasn't as friendly, but pulled off the difficult design she wanted. Sarah's nails weren't perfect, some do have flaws, but the fact that she was able to almost replicate the design she wanted left me satisfied! Get nailed has been remodeled since my last visit. Christian was so graceful when a person walked in without a mask, and used her cardigan as one. Please don't do this, wear your mask! However, the entire salon was so relaxing, the atmosphere was great, and they are doing a wonderful job keeping us cute during these times! DO NOT COME HERE. I came here because I seen their instagram page which has very intricate and detailed work which I thought would be perfect for the acrylic set that I had in mind. WRONG. I walked in the shop and immediately asked if they do acrylic toes which I was given a "yes" to. I said "great, one full set and acrylic pedicure please". Everything was going well the lady doing my toes asked me what kind of pedicure I would like I opted for their $65 pedicure to which I was then quoted $75 for the total pedicure. I assumed this was including the acrylic toe enhancement due to me asking before hand for an acrylic pedicure. The guy who's name I later found out was Danny come over to start my nails after his lunch I presume and reeks of what eels like alcohol but I'm not completely sure might've just been something he ate so I disregard and continue speaking with him. He asks me what I would like to get o showed him an inspo picture and he explains that he unfortunately won't be able to recreate that. I understand but was a little upset because the detailed designs on the shops instagram is what brought me in but I found a new simpler design that he said he would be able to do. Once I found a new design I specifically asked if my toe color can match my nail color Danny agreed and said he had some chrome polish that would match for my toes. After sitting there for a couple 30-40 minutes the lady ask Danny in there language if I would like acrylic on my toes because they are to short. I explained to him that is what I originally asked for when I walked in. He then stops my nails and starts to put the acrylic enhancements on my toes. Everything's going fine until I see her putting white polish on my toes as to which Danny sees as well. He starts speaking to her in their language again explaining to what I assume is that I wanted my nails and toes to match. By this time Danny has finished the design on my nails. I didnt really like them but it was already 11:30pm and I was tired from working then coming straight to the shop so I dealt with it. I didn't even think to look down at my toes due to the fact that I seen the conversation between Danny and the lady doing my pedicure. Once done I get up to go pay and was given a price of $250. Let's preface I was never quoted for my nails but I was definitely given a price for my toes, I asked why so much I thought my toes were $75. To which the lady says "acrylic is more" I rebutted with so why was I given $75 as a price if that was not the correct price I would've left right then. We're going back and forth for a bit and I just give in and pay the $250. I was so dissatisfied with my service that after a few days I end up calling the shop back asking to speak with a manager. The lady over the phone explained that her name is Deanna and she is one of the managers but not the owner. I gave Deanna a run down of the situation and she explained that she would speak with the owner and she what we could work out. She offered me her number so I would be able to contact her and send her photos of the work that was done. Through conversations with Deanna nothing got solved. I was actually left on read when I asked for an update on the situation due to not hearing from her for a couple days. I am very disappointed and disgusted with how they went about this situation. I wasn't looking for a full refund i would took a partial or even if they over to redo them but nothing was done. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO. The first photo is what I initially wanted but got denied. I'm only give this place 4 stars because the owner was really nice, otherwise, I would give it way less. I called to get a quote for a callus removal treatment. Quoted $10 for the treatment which includes foot soaking to soften the feet, the callus solution, then the scrub. I also asked if it would include any foot massage, and he said it's $15 for 15 minutes. I didn't confirm that I wanted the massage because it's overpriced. I set the appointment and got there 5 minutes early. I was able to get started shorty after arriving by getting my feet soaked for about 25 minutes. It felt like I was sitting there forever. That was definitely longer than necessary, but I understand all the nail technicians were helping other customers. So I sat there and didn't say anything then I finally got helped. He put the callus treatment on my feet then bagged each foot. Waited another 10-15 minutes after that until someone else helped me. It was an older lady that finished my appointment and I did not like the experience. She removed the bags then started scrubbing my feet to remove the callus/dead skin. OMG - she was SO rough. It felt like she overly scrapped my feet that it cut a few layers off my feet and it started to burn at the heels of my feet. And I was right - after I left, I checked the bottom of my feet to see it was cut up. After scrubbing, she wrapped my feet in hot towels then rubbed lotion and oil on my feet/legs with a massage. I wasn't sure if this was part of the service, but I tried to enjoy it anyway. I closed my eyes for a little bit then when I looked up, she was talking to another nail technician. She looked shocked to see me watching them as she thought I still had my eyes closed. She immediately asked me if I was Vietnamese as soon as we locked eyes. I know when they ask you that, they're talking crap about you. I get mistaken for being Vietnamese all the time, so I can see why she asked to make sure I didn't understand what she was saying to her coworker. Coincidentally, after I opened my eyes and saw them talking, the other coworker swiftly walked away. Not done - after I finish, I asked if I was supposed to pay her or the owner. She gave me a price that was wrong, $30. I was shocked and asked why it's $30 and I could tell she was getting annoyed and pushing me to just pay. I then go to the owner to ask my total. He asked if I got the massage, I said yes but wasn't sure if that was part of the service since I didn't ask for the massage. It also definitely was NOT 15 minutes. And the massage was soo not worth it as she was just rubbing my feet back and forth. At this point, I was annoyed and didn't care - I just wanted to pay and leave as my feet were still burning where she over scrapped. He told me $25 ($10 for the treatment and $15 for the mediocre massage). I knew she tried to over charge me. Note: Always CONFIRM the price and OVER CLARIFY the service you want done. read more

Was bleeding and he tried to cover it with his hand so I won't see (but it burns!) -Not sure why a dremel was used in the first place to remove my normal nail polish instead of using acetone? -Vigorously scraped my foot with the pedicure file.. now my feet (esp my heel and side of big toe) is tender and sensitive -Never asked me if I wanted to cut my toenails shorter or what shape I wanted -Uneven, lumpy polish.
