Not sure why unwind.studio lists them as a Stockist but alas, it was great to finally have a reason to check this place out. It is a maker's collective so there are various forms of art available for purchase. But, also, they have a variety of classes that I am definitely going to explore their schedule because I am interested in the Dubai Chocolate Bar class and candle making, among others. Jim and Zach were great teachers and guides, very laid back and friendly atmosphere. We spent most of the day there chatting, watching, and meeting the family and friends. Starting with a demo, we saw the process happen step by step. Then they asked who wanted to go. Of course when they asked for a first person to try it out, my fiance and I stepped in to take up the challenge. Jim stood by my side to give tips and advice and guide my hand when needed. She sets up the workshop with just the right amount of guidance and really creates a space for play. I really enjoyed creating layered pieces with organic lines and woven details.
