They called Friday and said they were on the way. Obviously confused I reminded them of the correct date . They said i was the second person they made that mistake with . despite this obvious red flag I gave them the opportunity to complete the job. day of my move the call me at 1pm and say they will be to my by 3pm. At 3pm I call the movers and they said their operations manager carlos will call me . he never did . I call customer service who then reaches out to Carlos. Customer service calls me and ask if they can just come in the morning . it's around 4pm at this apartment's charge for extra days, so of course I will not pay more money just because you all can not honor you commitment! I told Carlos I needed it done today . He said he would work on it. Around 5 he said he can give me $50 off a potential $700 bill if I just let them come in the morning . Again I refuse as I had to sign a contract and pay my money immediately when I signed up so i expect the same diligence with my service . he says okay well the guys are tired I don't think I can get anyone to you. I told him Just let me know if it's a yes or no. He says it's a no and that he can do refund and add $50. I refuse because I don't need refund , I need job done. I then told Carlos since you've finally said it's a no, send them at 9am then as there unfortunately is no other option. He refuses ! Yes you heard right , Carlos told me no he will not send anyone at 9 and is just going to give me a refund. I then asked Carlos ,how can you just tell me what you are going to do. I need this job done , I didn't want 9am but if that there is I'll have to settle because I need the job done. Carlos refused to serve me. He stated he was go to just do the refund so I wouldn't give his guys a bad review. Can you believe that !!! I will be spreading the word about this disgusting business you are running. I can not believe how I was treated. I have the message Thread between me and Carlos to prove everything stated above. This has made my move miserable and Cost me so much extra money. this is wrong and your business needs serious evaluation. I noticed yall have someone that respond to these post pretty quickly , and to that person, do not get on here and say sorry , we are past that. I need action based solutions to remedy this situation. I need a resolution not and apology Terrible buisness. Please try other companies first .

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry.
