The menu includes the option to choose two snacks which can be substituted for one meal. If you need to make any modifications to your meal (i.e. exclude mashed potatoes for extra veggies), all you need to do is provide dietary needs in a field on the Google form, and if there are any questions, you can handle everything through text. There are checkboxes on the Google form for keto and paleo options. For the convenience of food prep and to support locally, I've been happy with Viva Foods.
