Over a week later, no one had called so we decided to drive back to see if it's arrived. When I tried calling their number, either it kept ringing or the call went to the main Verizon line. Walked in 9 days later, I was greeted by Andres. He was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, professional and very helpful. He was able to locate my new phone in the back. He patiently assisted me in transferring the information from my old phone to the new one. I am so thankful for Andres as he totally changed my mind about canceling my Verizon account. I bought a black, faux leather wristlet wallet for my iPhone 6 and a good sheet protector for about $100. The screen protector was ultra-thin and did not hinder my phone's touch-sensitivity, was highly protective from scratches and shattering (he demonstrated by banging something really hard against his own iPhone) and it came with a life-time warranty supposedly. I thought the wristlet wallet would be cheaply made, until I took it out of its packaging for further examination. It had slots for my ID, a few credit cards, and cash. The right side consisted of a magnetic case that I could easily attach to the wallet or detach, if I wanted to carry my iPhone by itself. Nitzan showed it's functionality by using the wallet to stand the phone on its side and then removed my iPhone, explaining that I can stick the case to any magnetic surface. She offered me the T-Mobile Tuesday water bottle. The weird part was the guy asked her right away something along the line of "why are you trying to be so nice?" It was weird and I felt very awkward. Yet it's another thing to keep coming every few of months - cosplaying as technicians (the sneakers are the giveaway) and entering our now-fenced off courtyard - for a clownishly aggressive sales pitch, then resist leaving the courtyard after hearing "no thanks, please leave now" from the property owners. But what happened last Thursday was another thing entirely: to hang out in a private driveway, stand outside a parked car, waiting for the owner and his child to exit the vehicle for several minutes, refusing to leave when asked (then told) to do so, and then mean-mugging your prospective customer through the windshield glass of his car for a couple more minutes before finally walking off....but not without further staring down your prospective customer...it's the establishment of an unthinkable new low. Listen Spectrum: I was never a fan. However, any chance of getting our business has been completely obliterated by your door-to-door sales team in Metro San Diego. The aggressive, persistent presence: annoying. The bro-speak sales pitch: slimy. The cosplaying as techs: creepy. The ignoring of direction to exit private property: criminal. The attempt to physically intimidate people while trespassing: hostile and criminal. I don't like this trajectory. You've been reported to the FTC. You've been reported to Spectrum Corporate. it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.
