Robert and GI Services came out on a Sunday morning to swap a set of tires between a Charger and a Challenger - as well as program the TPMS sensors. The service is super convenient - I didn't have to bother driving 2 cars to a shop. I've had a lot of disappointing experiences with local tire shops - often damaging a vehicle or wheel in the process. With GI you get an expert coming to your home who really knows what he's doing, and friendly too. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely ridiculous, was charged 260$ for someone to come change my tire? That was not even what I had Hired them for, I need my tire repaired which was what we talked about on the phone. After the mobile repair until got to the location they didn't even attempt to fix the tire or even fill it with air to see what was wrong. They started pushing me to buy a new tire and trying to bulldoze me into it. I refuse, why tf would I just buy one tire? You people didn't even attempt to inspect the problem tire. I immediately knew this was a shit company and just wanted them gone. Do not hire these guys, they will push for you to spend more. Al, the guy on the phone, could have easily told me they couldn't do anything prior to the mobile unit coming out but of course he didn't since I would have to pay once the unit had made the travel. You should be ashamed and I will be reporting this. read more

I had a flat tire at 11pm one night. I had to go to work the next night so I searched and searched on yelp for a place. Thankfully, GI Services was the first place I called the next morning . They told me they could see me now so I filled up the tire with some air from my little portable compressor and went over there. For some reason my map took me waaay past the location so I called the business several times for directions as I was trying to find them. Whomever answered was so helpful and never once seemed bothered by my repeated annoying phone calls. When I finally arrived, I apologized for being later than expected and explained the tire situation. I was advised it was patchable and that it would take something like 20 mins. I waited there, was charged reasonably, and was on my way soon after that. I'm so thankful I found this place and that they helped me thru my stressful situation! Btw, as a female, I'm always afraid body shops are gonna try to screw me over somehow cause I just don't know much about cars. I've had 4 flat tires before and all but one was supposedly unpatchable and had to be replaced (by a different business). I have a feeling at least one of those was patchable but what was I going to do, drive on the flat tire searching for another body shop who may or may not say the same thing? Anyway, I'm thankful GI services didn't try to upsell me anything and did everything they could do help me. This will be my go-to in an emergency situation and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle serviced. read more

Honestly, if your car is already in a bad shape to tow or even if you don't wanna go through the trouble of towing you're car to the nearest tire shop, these guys WILL come to your rescue. My tire blew up late Saturday night and I was frantically searching for businesses to tow my car. Roberto explained to me in detail everything that this company does and had a van sent to my location on Monday since they were closed on Sundays.
