Tawny Port and view from our table
    Amy A.

Giada's at The Cromwell delivers a dining experience that feels both elevated and inviting. We had a 5:30 PM reservation and were seated right on time, which is always a great start to the evening. We were given a window seat along Flamingo Road--not directly facing the Strip--but still had a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, which made the setting feel special. One thing to note: there is no minimum spending requirement for these seats, unlike the Strip-facing window tables which require about $125 per person in food and beverage. We started with the fried calamari and the bread board, both of which were excellent. For our main dishes, we had the house specialty lemon spaghetti with shrimp, a side of rigatoni, and the stuffed chicken parmigiana--everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The lemon notes throughout the meal really stood out in the best way. We paired everything with a beautiful bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay, which complemented the meal perfectly. To finish, we had Giada's specialty lemon cookies and the cheesecake brûlée, along with a Tawny Port that paired perfectly with dessert. Everything we had was AMAZING. Service was attentive without being overbearing--wine glasses were refilled at just the right times, plates were cleared promptly, and we never once felt rushed. Overall, Giada's is a standout spot for a special night out in Las Vegas. Great food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere--I would definitely return.

Wait time was minimal. Service was great. Tables were wobbly. Views were spectacular. Your shoe to sit and watch the fountain show and the Las Vegas strip lights. The food was great

I was super excited to try this place since I love Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Our server was very kind and attentive, really listening to our requests and making sure everything was just right. The view is absolutely beautiful--you can even see the Bellagio fountain show, which makes the whole experience even more special. They also have great vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. We ended up ordering quite a bit, but couldn't finish everything. The portions may look small at first, but the food is surprisingly filling, so definitely come hungry. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Another lovely dinner at this restaurant. Sadly, this restaurant and hotel are closing for renovation and to be a new restaurant... The food and the service was delicious. I can't say enough about the savory delicious. Cacio de Pepe. Homemade delicious spaghetti marinated and cheese and pasta water placed upon a cheese wheel. The warm pasta water and the cheese creates a very creamy texture. If you have the opportunity to order this dish, please try it do not pass it up! Five stars for this lovely restaurant. I will miss going to Giada.

Every time we to Giada's we have a fantastic experience! The food is amazing we love Giada's Signature Lemon Spaghetti! Bacon wrapped dates are the best, spicy sausage Pizzaette is so good too. If you like a gin & tonic....the Bella Luna is THE one! The restaurant is appealing & relaxing. They can open the windows for an open air dining experience! Fantastic view! The service is great. The manager is pretty awesome too.

I've always been a big fan of Giada and I'm so glad we got to try her restaurant during this trip! Located within the Cromwell hotel, the escalator up to the restaurant on the 2nd floor is right by the hotel entrance from the Strip. The restaurant has an open floor plan with an inviting ambiance and great views of the Strip. Our server was kind and welcoming. He remembered we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday which was nice. We ordered various things on the menu including their famous focaccia bread (as there's no complimentary bread served), salad, and a few pasta/risotto dishes. The food was all tasty and fresh but definitely pricey. The portions were on the smaller side so be aware when ordering. For my friend's birthday, they gave us a salted chocolate chip and lemon ricotta cookie which were both heavenly delicious. Two small issues we encountered but could become a 5 star experience if fixed: - the food was warm not hot. It would have been nice to have hot food come out (in the middle of the meal, the food was already cold). - there is no direct phone number to call the restaurant and the concierge will not transfer your call.

Amazing service! The waiters and waitresses were so nice and knew the menu well so if you had questions they were very helpful. The mocha was okay, I like it more sweet but that's just me. The food was also delicious! Wish we came for dinner but we will just have to go back.

It took me over ten years to finally make it back to Giada Las Vegas, and I'd been looking forward to the return trip ever since my first visit. As a fan of the celebrity chef, I was still holding out hope I'd run into her, but no luck this time! The restaurant remains beautifully decorated, and I still love the small touches, like seeing the Giada logo on various items throughout the space. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we were seated. Our server was incredibly slow to acknowledge us, it was at least 15 to 20 minutes before he came by just to ask if we wanted drinks. I had to politely ask for a menu first, as I wasn't sure how I could order without seeing the selection but I let it go. Because I was worried the service would continue to be a disappearing act, I rushed to put in my full order. I had the orzo meatballs and the lemon spaghetti I remembered so fondly from years ago. Things didn't improve from there. The food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did, the appetizer and entrée were served at the exact same time. Worse yet, the meatballs were only lukewarm and the spaghetti was cold. I'm not one to send food back, so I tried to salvage it by asking for extra lemon sauce, hoping the heat from the sauce would warm the pasta. It didn't work--the sauce was also lukewarm. While the shrimp were a good size, they were unfortunately quite tough. On a positive note, the meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the pasta itself was cooked to a perfect al dente, which I enjoy. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. At this price point, and with so many other world class dining options nearby, I expected much better. I don't plan on returning; I'd rather keep my memories of that first great visit and just take the loss on this one. There are definitely better ways to spend your money in Vegas.

Arugula salad. I'm gonna make one when I get home. This was so good with a light vinaigrette, sliced Parmesan cheese.

Walking the strip thinking Italian I opted for Giata. I watched her so much on Food Network for so many years and so many chefs celebrity restaurants thought I would choose this one. So glad I did. Quiet, luxurious upscale this restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. Being alone, I sat at the bar, had excellent service and started with a Peroni while I looked at the menu. After spending nearly $40 on a club sandwich, a banana and a Gatorade at the hotel. I was expecting way out of line pricing, but went for the.Branzini fish, arugula salad, and the focaccia bread as there wasn't a smaller option for bread, but what a great meal. The arugula salad was fresh with a light vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan cheese really hit the spot. Delicious. The fish came expertly presented, and as a chef, I couldn't even figure out some of the items mixed in the sauces on top of this gorgeously cooked fish, but the flavors were fantastic, the fish was flaky, just the right amount of spices absolutely delicious. I took my time had a couple of beers and it was so nice to sit in a quiet place, getting excellent service and excellent food to end my week in Vegas. I have to admit I'm not a Vegas fan, but I did have one other good meal this week with guest, including beef tartare bone marrow then to here to finish with this lovely cooked fish. It was just perfect. If you're looking for a nice classy atmosphere, professional service, great food this is where to go highly recommend.!!!

03/05/2026 A couple of years ago, my friend and I had dinner at GIADA and we loved the Tiramisu. So when we planned our recent Vegas trip, we made a reservation to have dessert here again. The restaurant was somewhat busy around Thursday at 8pm. We were seated right by the window and had a great view of the strip. When our waiter started talking about the menu, we let him know we were only there for dessert. He said he had to go check if that was okay because I guess we were seated at a table that was meant for a full meal. He came back and said it was fine since things were slowing down anyway. We thought that was kind of weird. Awkwardness aside, we still had a good time and enjoyed the dessert. Their Tiramisu is not traditional - the mascarpone layers are thick and dense. There is one layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers sandwiched between two crunchy chocolate cookie squares. It was pretty good, though not as good as we remembered. If we have just dessert here again, I'll make sure to add a note to my reservation.

I just left the restaurant to enjoy my birthday brunch with my best friend who is visiting from out of town. I had a Groupon for $110 worth of drink and food items to be used by two people. Even with our server knowing we had a Groupon, I felt our service was not affected negatively in any way whatsoever by that. We were served by Rocco M., who was attentive, friendly, and had such a good sense of humor. I really enjoy servers who show their fun personality and are themselves. I will request sitting in his section again for any future visits! I ordered the white peach Bellini and Cavatelli. The Bellini was ok, not really a white peach flavor, it had more of a slight strawberry taste mixed with it to me. The Cavatelli pasta with shrimp dish wasn't as lemony as I thought it'd be. I didn't taste any lemon at all to be honest... I did ask for more lemon flavor after tasting it and was given more lemon crème sauce, and it did have some lemon zest in it. I also asked for some spicy sauce to add, I just like spicy food... The shrimp it came with was so good! It seemed like it was slightly sauteed in butter so it had a bit of crispiness on the outside; delicious! I also really liked the crispy capers (I wouldn't mind having extra in mine, but I'm also the type that likes a lot of extra capers. My friend ordered the Giada-rita for her drink, which she said was very good, and the avocado toast, and was pleasantly surprised it came with a nice portion of baked fingerling potatoes on the side, sprinkled with a delicious cheese. We were treated the cookies for my birthday, thank you so much! I even ordered some entrees to bring back home! Overall it was a nice ambience, service and food, and we enjoyed our brunch!

When doing my research for foods to try in Vegas the search engine kept recommending the lemon spaghetti. So I definitely made it a point to try this dish before I left. The pasta was perfectly cooked to an al dente texture and the cream sauce was beautifully layered with a lemon cream sauce that was bright and flavorful. The grated Parmesan sent the dish to another level that brought everything together. Other foods that were tried were the: - Seafood Tour - Pasta Bolognese The service was top notch and our waiter explained the menu so thoroughly, I was tempted to buy everything on the menu. I definitely will be back the next time I'm in town.

    The appetizer towers and oysters.

Man...I was so excited for this reservation, and it just fell short. Our server - fantastic! He treated our large table like royalty, and was so attentive to us. The location is great too - beautiful ambience and you can see the fountain show from the floor to ceiling windows. The apps - some hits, some misses. The oysters were delicious, but both of the Minette sauces were watery and lacked flavor (I had high hopes for the cucumber one). The Giada favorites tower - mascarpone bread was delightful, the artichoke amazing, but the dates and the rice balls were misses. The date itself was more rubbery than expected, but the filling was nice. The rice ball was just a full miss. Then we got the cheese pasta wheel - I mean how could you not. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was gritty - almost like sand. It made me not want to try her boxed pasta anymore. I was most disappointed about that. We also ordered meatballs for an extra protein, and those should have been called salt bombs - they were awful. We also ordered Brussels and broccolini - but those never came - so there was that. Overall, with all the other restaurants in the area, I'd pick a better pasta spot, and pass on this, which is sad because I was so excited.

Are kid's allowed now that Cromwell turned 21+ as a property?

We were able to bring our 2-year-old to Giada a couple months ago (February 2024), and no one said anything. They were actually very accommodating for him with a high chair and everything.

My Wife and I are dining with you in March. We've eaten there one time before and absolutely loved everything except for where we were seated. How can we go about getting a nice seating for 2? Lots of traffic where we were. Look forward to our return

If you're staying there or close by, I would pop in and just ask. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. If not, I would show up early and still ask if it's possible to be seated more out of the way as your preference. Enjoy your visit! We just… Read more

Where is the best parking to dine at Giada's?

We parked at the valet. It may have been pricey, but because we spent over a certain dollar amount, valet was free. It's based on like a tier level for discounts on the parking. They will explain it all to you when you park.

What is the price of the tasting menu for 2023?

I believe we paid $120 per person and it was well worth it. We were there a few months ago.

Do they make pasta in a cheese wheel?

Yes, when we visited a couple years ago they created their cacio e pepe in a wheel of pecorino. It was outstanding.

Is paying extra for a window seat worth it?

We didn't pay for window seats, but we sat in the corner by the window for brunch. Didn't feel that much special. It might be worth it for a dinner service with a better view of the strip at night, but I personally wouldn't pay for it because I… Read more

    Is the dress casual?

Are nice shorts and a button down shirt acceptable attire for dinner? Going to be hot while we're there, and not sure pants would be comfortable?

I have worn very nice shorts & a button down shirt when dining at Giada's before... believe it or not, I've even worn a nice t-shirt and jeans... you can dress up, or dress down.. that's what is so nice about it.. as long as you keep it Classy, you… Read more

Does Giada's serve a traditional Spaghetti and Meatball dinner? Don't see that on the menu (maybe I'm wrong) and that's what my husband would want

What is the current tasting menu price (Aug 2021)?

$109 for 4 courses. Worth the price to try some of Giadas signature dishes.

Are they still offering the Cacio e Pepe pasta dish in a cheese wheel?

No. They serve just the pasta in a similar sauce so they claim.mine was cold, taste blend and was horrible.menu was tiny n service bad. I was disgusted.

Is the restaurant still open or is it currently shut down?

Open and hoping to serve. See website for new hours.

Do you offer Gluten free pasta?

Hello Organic, to your answer ... yes we do offer Gluten free pasta! We look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you, john :)

I have severe seafood allergies, can I eat here?

They do serve entrees other than seafood, including beef filet, veal, and lamb.

We have a reservation today 12/24/19 for 4:30 pm but the hours say not open until 5pm do we need to change our reservation?

Hello Amy, today we will be open at 4pm. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thank you, john

    Are kids welcome?

    Yes kids are welcome

    Is there a happy hour?

Hello Megan, Giada's does not have a happy hour. Join us at Interlude Monday - Friday for happy hour from 9 AM to 8 PM. Enjoy vodka cocktails and beer specials for only $2 each... Interlude is a the main bar downstairs of the casino. Thank you, john

On a Sunday evening would reservations be recommended for a party of 2?

Depending on what time you go. I definitely made reservations and had about a 5 minute wait.

The bread was the talk of the table. Unfortunately, I'm gluten-sensitive, so I had to admire it from afar, but my friends raved about it and continued talking about it for the rest of the trip. It's not complimentary, but according to everyone at the table, it's absolutely worth the price. The standout dish was the lamb quite possibly the best preparation I've ever had. It's one of those dishes you'll find yourself thinking about long after the meal is over. The scallops were also exceptional, perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender. They are served on skewers with crostini between each scallop, which my friends loved, though gluten-free diners should be aware. You only get three scallops, but they're memorable. The house-made pasta was solid and showcased the quality and care Mother Wolf is known for. Sadly, we were too full to make it to dessert, but that's just another reason to return. If you're in Las Vegas, Mother Wolf is absolutely worth a visit. Between the incredible food, attentive service, and beautiful atmosphere, it feels like a quick trip to Rome. I've heard wonderful things about their Los Angeles location as well, and after this meal, it's definitely on my list.

Our server, Passion, provided great customer service and took care of us. Food highlights: focaccia, margherrita pizza and tiramisu. We ordered the short rib pasta but it honestly felt short and felt that a pasta with that much meat should probably be in ravioli style. The inside of the restaurant is very cute and stylish. I will say their music choice does not go well with the style of the restaurant. They kept playing clubbing music which didn't match the style of the restaurant - I felt like jazz or some frank sinatra would make more sense.

That just doesn't happen that often, so wife and I came - minds and mouths BLOWN AWAY! Cute place WAAY off the Strip but in a strip mall. (reservations needed) PEOPLE: Albino and Erma are the best, with their son also taking care of you. You literally sit five feet from Albino (pic) as he whips out THE BEST ITALIAN CUISINE IN VEGAS! (no caveats) FOOD: Los Olivos salad, sinful bread, super-light calamari, 'made-to-order'(?) lasagana, the lamb (pic), and a shrimp scampi that *stunned* my very culinarily experienced spouse are not to be missed‼ Besides my insane same-day-flights visit, Shar and I also did a w/e in LAS and ate here *both nights*!! Completely diff but fabulous meals. Like I said, believe that gives my review creds - trust me :D p.s. Almost forgot: bring your fav bottle of vino - no corkage

This was a different experience, mostly good but with some deficiencies based largely on food…read morepreparation preferences. For example, for Veal Marsala I greatly prefer well-pounded scallops of veal rather than veal off the bone. So, I opted for Veal Parmesan instead, which was good but still served with a bone. Said a server to me, "Aren't you going to eat the bone?" and I answered, "Why? Do I look like a dog?" "No," he replied. "Meat on the bone is the best part." So, I gnawed on the bone a little bit, and I concede that the meat I encountered was indeed tasty. But Diane reported that her Fettuccine Alfredo was slightly overcooked. Far more impressive than our entrees were the free preliminaries that were brought en masse to our table at the outset of our meal: a Bread Basket with Sesame Seed Bread and Tomato Focaccia, delicious Italian Salami, chunks of Parmesan, and Pickled Cauliflower, followed by light and golden Calamari Marco. Tortellini in Brodo Soup filled with Swiss Chard and Foie Gras was good but too salty. A Caesar Salad prepared tableside was very fresh with finely grated Parmesan Cheese spilled over the Romaine leaves like snow. A fine side was Potatoes Louie, soft and tender sauteed potatoes. We were warned by an assistant server that we were probably ordering too much dessert, and he was right. But we thought we were ordering individual desserts. It turned out that each of them could have easily served three or four diners. The four of us did ultimately each try different desserts in the end. They were Chocolate Cherry Blackout Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Carrot Cake, and Lemon Cheesecake. Each was an excellent example of the type of dessert it represented. Service was excellent. Our captain just forgot to bring requested Marinara Sauce for the Calamari besides the spicy aioli that was tasty enough that I no longer wanted any other sauce. Our dining room with a black and white checkered floor was crowded but still classy, and table seating was comfortable. Yet the noise level was so loud that it was difficult to carry on an easily understood conversation at our table.

We had reservations at 5pm so it wasn't busy yet. The dining was very nicely furnished. They have about the same amount of seating on the patio as in the dining room with a bar and high top tables in the middle. I asked if the White Truffle Garlic Bread could be made gluten free. I was so happy to hear that they can. I felt like I had died and gone to cheesy heaven.before I developed my wheat allergy I ordered garlic bread anywhere it was in the menu. It's one of my favorite foods. So when I say theirs is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life, it means something. We ordered family style for the entrees. We ordered the Bolognese Pappardelle, Strozzapreti, Ricotta Cavatelli( subbed gf pasta), Chicken Scarpariello and Short Rib Lumache. They were all absolutely delicious. Dessert did not disappoint either. We ordered the Brookie sundae and the Tiramisu. I couldn't have the Tiramisu but I was told that it was great. The Brookie sundae was a fun dessert. It came with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate gelato, whip and some sort of cake on the bottom. I didn't go all the way down because of my stupid allergy again. The gelatos were all good. It came with a side dish with strawberries and nuts and little chocolate balls. I can't wait to go back again. Next time I'll tell the rest of the table to get their own garlic bread so I don't have to share mine. I'll have dreams about that bread. So heavenly!!!!

Out of everything we ordered, my favorites were the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Chicken Pesto, and the Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey. The Chicken Pesto was a little more lemony than I expected, but I would still order it again because it was very good. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka had the perfect amount of spice not too spicy, but enough to give it great flavor. The Strozzapreti and White Truffle Garlic Bread were not my personal favorites, but my family really enjoyed both of them. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.

Owner Laura sat us right away, Augusto served us and hit on all 8 cylinders. From the wine selection, Castelli Red Italian Blend we were doted over like we were the only table! Started with some fantastic bread. Then apps. We had a fabulous Eggplant Ripeni, stuffed with Ricotta it was delicious. Then Chef Laura brought out an Arancini appetizer that I can only describe as decadent! Stuffed with Cheese, topped with a Garlic Aioli and Braised Short Rib that was delightful. It was perfectly cooked and had just a hint of Saffron. So good! Then our Entrees. Ravioli Funghi Tartuffo. Perfectly creamy and still light sauce with just enough Truffle and Porcinni to tantalize the tastebuds and leave you wanting more as you are licking the plate! Next up is the Veal Colleta Milano. A specialty of our Chefs home town. Pro tip order this one to share! Tender Provimi Veal expertly breaded and sautéed in Butter! Topped with Arugula and fresh Tomatoes and Shaved Pecorino cheese. Yes it was cooked to perfection and so memorable, my new menu favorite! We never made it to dessert but we lounged and wined in the absolutely gorgeous dining room and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! Thank you Chef for bringing us your new appetizer ti try out it was beyond delicious!
