I would not recommend Anderson's Heating, Plumbing and Air based on my experience. I told the representative that I already had a quote from another company for around $7,000, and he looked at me like I was crazy and seemed completely unable to believe an AC replacement could be done for that price. Well, we went with the other company--and they did the job for $7,000, exactly as quoted. That's a $10,000 difference from Anderson's lowest offer and a staggering $37,000 difference from their original $44,000 quote. What made the experience even more questionable was that the person they sent out was a plumbing specialist, not an HVAC specialist, to evaluate and quote our AC replacement. I understand that companies have different pricing, but quotes ranging from $44,000 down to $17,000 for the same job, especially when another reputable company completed it for $7,000, is extremely difficult to justify. Get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything with this company.

While I was there, the taps didn't quite sit well after the the repair, so he asked for zip ties to hole them together...ok? And then at the end, you ask do I need to clean my mess up? WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH YOU, IF YOU DO REPAIRS YOU CLEAN UP AFTER, ITS COMMON SENSE!!! My Dad, roommate and I looked at each other puzzled, what the hell?? And then, he charged us for 2 hours when he only spent one hour doing the repair and half an hour getting parts off property.
