I called at 1 pm, spoke to Oscar, who quoted $350/hour, and the driver would be there in 45 minutes. The driver took over 2 hours to arrive, yet the total time from the initial phone call to delivery was 4 hours, but the final bill was $2680! I called and emailed the company for over a week, and NO ONE RESPONDED! Use West & Sons Towing or Suburban Towing as an alternative.

I consulted Yelp as I often do to look for a reliable and recommended provider of service. Saturday morning I called and spoke to Mark and I explained what was happening. He asked me a couple of questions and told me what he thought was the problem and an approximate cost to repair. I said I would be there Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and they drove my car around a tiny bit to see what was happening. I received a call a few minutes later and they told me what needed to be done (front brake pads and rotors) and the cost (which was what I was told on Saturday). It's so nice to find a trustworthy automotive repair shop. Mark and his team did everything they said needed to be done at the price quoted. I highly recommend Roselle Service Center for any automotive repair needs!
