I am writing to address your response to my recent review, as I am unable to reply directly to your commentary. I would like to clarify several points you made that are false. To begin, I chose your salon because I was looking for a local Russian manicure specialist, not because of a promotional offer. While there may have been a promotion in July 2025 when I was searching for a nail technician, that was not my motivation for booking your services. Regarding my appointment in February, I only rescheduled once, which was on February 13th, 2026. I informed you that I was sick but offered to come in wearing a mask if you were unable to reschedule; you were the one who decided I should reschedule the appointment. I have attached a screenshot of our messages for your reference. Prior to that, I had not seen you since November 2025. For my most recent appointment on February 20th, I did not reschedule, and I was not over 10 minutes late. I arrived at 9:08. You texted me that you could not see me if I was more than 10 minutes late, but you saw me because I was within that grace period, not as an "accommodation". I have never arrived after your 10-minute grace period, and there were several instances where I arrived 10 minutes early and let you know I was ready. I strongly disagree with your statement regarding my daughter's behavior. You claimed she was not seated quietly and made you uncomfortable, which is entirely false. My daughter remained seated the entire time, and we barely spoke because of the uncomfortable atmosphere you created upon our arrival. I request that you send any video footage you have, as I find your portrayal of my 10-year-old daughter to be a huge lie. Yes I agreed to a shortened service. If you look at the screenshot I provided below I booked for an E-file Mani-Builder Gel (+ French-tip). As soon as I arrived you immediately stated you could not perform the E-file Mani-Builder Gel with French-tip that I had booked due to my 8-minute delay and the presence of my daughter. I respect your decision to no longer continue service and I agree that boundaries are important. However, how you treat and speak to people in this business is equally important. I do not appreciate the inaccuracies in your response, especially the lies regarding my daughter. read more

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Gina services. I have been a client of Gina since July 2025 and have frequently recommended her work to my family and friends. However, I was very disappointed by our recent interactions. After having to reschedule an appointment in February due to illness, I encountered an emergency on the day of my rescheduled visit when my babysitter canceled and I was 8 minutes late. While I am aware of Gina no-child policy, I brought my 10-year-old daughter with me to my last appointment to avoid a second cancellation. Despite my daughter being quiet and respectful during the appointment, it was clear that Gina was very upset. I accepted a shortened service at the time to accommodate the situation. However, when I attempted to book a new appointment yesterday, Gina canceled it and informed me that she would no longer be servicing me and to find another nail tech. While I value the quality of her work, I feel that Gina's customer service in this instance was handled poorly, especially considering my history as a loyal client who has referred others to her. I have already apologized to her for the inconvenience, but I wanted to express my disappointment in how this was handled. As a retaliation she cancelled appointments with whom I referred her to based off the connection to me. This is not a negative comment but an HONEST REVIEW of how Gina speaks & treat clients. I've been going to Gina since January 2025. She is EXCELLENT! I started going to her at sort of a tough time in my life and trying to work on taking care of myself and it was one of the best decisions I've made. After coming consistently once a month, I've never had a bad experience with her work or customer service and have appreciated the consistent quality and attention to detail. My work life is extremely busy so one of my favorite aspects of being her customer is her punctuality and organization. I appreciate being able to rely on her to start on time, follow the same process and procedure and end on time without being distracted or falling behind. I referred my mom to her a few months after I started and though we have almost polar opposite personalities (I am reserved, my mom is very talkative and outgoing), we have both experienced Gina as very kind in making us feel welcomed and comfortable as we are :) I would recommend her a million times over! read more

Nice quality work, and super quick service.... But attitude and kindness are less than ideal, and she got pretty rude when I very slightly filed my nails and painted over her work. She also chose to read and then not reply to my texts when my nails chipped the next day. :( Not a vibe worth paying for in my opinion. read more

The quality of the nails themselves was good, which is why I continued going and became a repeat client. However, the way I was treated from a communication standpoint was extremely unprofessional. I was abruptly dropped as a client via text with no prior discussion. When I politely asked for the reason, I was met with a dismissive response and a personal insult.
