we are now seasoned veterans from cincinnati, its the only place we know of when we are working in scottsdale.

A couple coworkers and I were in Scottsdale for work for a couple weeks. We dropped off bags of clothes here for the wash & fold service in the morning, just before 8AM, and picked them up after work, around 6PM. The service was great - wash and fold was done well - their folding skills are impressive. The price was better than other options we had looked up. We each paid $11-12 for the wash & fold of our bags of clothing. This is a great service for people who are on the go and don't have time to sit and wait for the washing and drying process. read more

I can't believe we still have full service laundromats. It is great to have one with busy lives. They will deliver your clothes to your home which makes it very convenient. They do a wonderful job and friendly staff. read more

I went once and never again. I guess since it's Arizona, it was terribly hot. The only thing that made it worse was a crowded, non-air conditioned laundry mat. I literally was guarding my washer for about 2/3 of the wash cycle and decided to grab some food (next door). I come back in like 15 minutes to see an employee has removed my clothes and mixed it with her client's (since I guess Ginny's employees clean other people's clothes). They tried to reconcile by giving me a free dryer cycle, but I didn't think it was really worth it. I think I have all of my clothes but somehow I ended up with other people's clothes too. read more

Every single time I've dropped off my laundry here the staff is welcoming, happy, and always willing to work with me on my pickup times! They do a fantastic job with wash and fold. This service has saved my life! read more

What a pit! We walked in and 1/2 the machines were out of order. Someone in there with a couple of dogs. It was filthy, small, no parking....a disgusting pit! Wouldn't wash my dog there much less anything else. read more

Nothing but praises for this business! We have a VRBO in Scottsdale but live out of the area, Ginny's has been fantastic our housekeeper drops all the laundry off at their facility, then they deliver it back to the VRBO home at a VERY REASONABLE price. read more

This place saved my butt on a Sunday afternoon! I stuffed a mattress pad in my home washing machine at about 3:00 pm. Stuffing it into the machine should have been a red flag but you live and learn. It was quickly apparent the machine wasn't up to the task. I'm a bachelor so the biggest thing my machine usually has to tackle is a pair of jeans. So I put the water logged mattress pad, which incidentally now weighs about 100 pounds, in a lawn sized garbage bag, did a Google search and headed to Ginny's. It was a convenient drive down 101 to Thomas. Even though I saw Ginny's truck parked out front, I still missed the driveways and had to circle back. But that was the only problem. The commercial sized washing machine and dryer made quick work of my mattress pad problem. It's more fluffy now than the day I took it off the shelf at Macy's. Maybe now that I'm wiser I'll wash it more often and bring a comforter? read more

Have to agree -- hot and dirty. Didn't look like the lint filters on the dryer were ever cleaned. Yuck!

They are a pleasant team and very well-meaning, but, honestly, are disorganized. The basics of it is that they screwed up the billing every single month from the first time we got the service until we canceled (6 months later). Not only that, but the weight was sometimes off. Finally, they tried to raise our rate 5 months later, explaining that the "buck a pound" rate was just an "introductory" rate. Riiiiiiiiiight. Nothing about that was mentioned in the beginning. Maybe they were just trying to price us out, because I kept complaining about the messed up invoices or we were too small of an account. I'm bummed, because they were referred from a trusted colleague. But, anyway, no hard feelings - just you can definitely do better if you're looking for a laundry service. read more

This place is amazing! My washer broke a few weeks ago and we had just moved here. I had a ton of laundry and they have been amazing! Picking up at my front doorstep and delivering clean and nicely folded laundry the next day. The service is great. They have hard working and VERY HONEST people working for them. I know this because I realized I had left some cash in one of my jean pockets... Not a small amount but fairly large amount of money. I contacted them and sure enough they had it. I highly recommend this place for your cleaning services. Great company with great employees!!! I will always recommend them and will continue to use their services even when my washer gets fixed! read more

We used Ginny's to launder entire home's laundry after a fire. They are fantastic there is no smoke smell and we couldn't have been happier with the results. We will most definitely be using them again. read more
