Very very slow lousy service. There was almost no one ahead of us but they just took there sweet time

I broke my own rule and I'm SO GLAD I DID! I ordered land animal whilst on the Ocean(usually doesn't work out). I take that back I broke 2 of my own rules: don't order brisket west of Texas. This place proved, me wrong I took a chance against my better judgement and the brisket was PHENOMINAL!! My only regret is that I didn't get here early enough for their brisket and eggs . And you know what else? They were the nicest people we've come across in Cali, owner operated. It doesn't get better than meeting the chefs and seeing how proud they are with what they make. In the short time we were dining they made us feel like old friends. We LOVE traveling the HWY 1 in Cali and this will definitely be our go to place, THANK YOU!! read more

Excellent brisket sandwich and ribs. Juicy and delicious! Def mix the hot sauce and bbq sauce together for a necessary dip.

We are here for the weekend and found them on Yelp. First thing you notice when you walk in is the terrific smell. It was rib special day. The menu item variety is great. We split a grass fed beef burger and fries which was good but I would recommend grilling the bun which would have held up to the toppings better. Fries were great! Service is excellent and the staff is very nice. We were happy that they had outdoor seating since we had our dog with us. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back to try the other items on the menu. This place is going to be a go to spot for Bodega Bay. Update - We went back the next day and tried the grilled hot dog, BBQ beans, and the ribs. Hot dog was good. BBQ beans are excellent. Not too sweet or tangy. Just the right balance of spices.They were my favorite of the three. The ribs were great too. I didn't need to put sauce on them since they have a honey glaze and are stand alone good. Once again, the owners are great people and really made us feel welcome. We will be sure to stop in again on our next trip for sure. read more

The Monkey Bread was awesome! Super sticky and gooey with bacon on top! The Cluck amd Squeal was good too. Crispy bacon. The potatoes could use a little more spice. The only real negative was the water. I swear the pulled it from the bay. They need to get a new filter or something. Other than that it was great. read more

Being from Texas I was a little hesitant to try brisket in California but let me tell you, this place has got some that would put the BBQ joints back home to shame! Had the beef hash and eggs for breakfast, I will definitely be coming back for their nachos at some point! read more

We came here to eat lunch at around 1:30 pm on a Friday. My husband and I got in line and ordered our food for outdoor dining since it was a beautiful day and we noticed benches outside. We did not get our order until an hour later and part of our order was wrong. There was no explanation for the delay. What we did notice is that there were a lot of takeout orders and those were being filled quickly. We noticed people who ordered after us got their order first possibly because they ordered it to go. The food itself was ok. The clam chowder was good. The French fries were not crispy and my husband's taco order was wrong. He ordered cod, not salmon and they gave him salmon. Also, the salmon was overcooked and dry. After waiting for an hour to get food, the least that could have been done was to get the order right or if the restaurant had run out of cod, to inform us so we could have the option of something else. I realize that the restaurant is small and it was busy, but there seemed to be no urgency in getting our food out or in letting us know what was going on. I am editing this review a little because the owner of the restaurant sent me a message with a sincere apology almost immediately after I had posted my review. On that alone, I am adding another star. Her response to me shows that she really does care about her customers and that perhaps this was just an off day. This is a good place to eat when you're looking for a meal to seriously fill you up. We came for lunch and tried the Moo Sandwich and the Cracklin Nachos - both with brisket, and a side of focaccia. The brisket was flavorful and tender, and the chipotle sauce on the nachos was fantastic. Wish there was more of it! We didn't enjoy the focaccia as the olive oil tasted like it had started going bad. Due to the weather, everyone was sitting inside and we ended up having to share a table. It became uncomfortably cramped as more customers came in and we didn't feel we could relax and enjoy our meal with people standing around waiting for a seat. It's too bad there isn't a little more indoor seating, but there is plentiful outdoor seating when weather permits. Also, the bathrooms are amazingly clean. read more

This was a great surprise to find such good tasting food in a little out of the way spot. Seriously great tasting food and staff was so friendly. I would definitely have this on the bucket list if you're in the area, oh hell, who am I kidding, it should just be on your bucket list, it's that good. Great menu!! It was hard to choose but finally picked the bacon breakfast burrito. It not only was big enough to feed a healthy sized lumberjack but it had enough flavor to make this pregnant lady more than satisfied. I also added on a cinnamon roll, because the sweets display was calling my name. I highly recommend Ginochio's to anyone visiting the bodega Bay Area, don't forget to add some locally made hot sauce to your meal! read more

My brisket hash and eggs was good, though small. Only sourdough bread or gluten-free bread. Prices were a bit high, but still reasonable. I'd go back. read more

Ginochios Kitchen LLC We tried the delicious Hash of Beef breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection! And although we were quite satisfied, we couldn't resist trying the caramel bacon monkey bread, which Delaina described as a slice of heaven. It was amazing!
