    Half sausage half meatball pizza.
    Adrizn V.

First time there for lunch. Nice menu with appetizers, pizzas, and hot subs We ordered a pizza half sausage and half meatball. I wish we had ordered it extra crispy because it was a little soft but that was on us. The sausage side was amazing Very tasty sausage pieces The meatball side was at best OK. Did not have a lot of spice, but was tasty Then we ordered the chicken cutlet Parmesan, which was amazing The bread alone was worth it, nice crispy Italian bread. A nice size cutlet with mozzarella melted in abundance Service was fine and they have 6-7 beers on hand. Will be on our list for a revisit.

Muscles.. yes, it is possible to eat them all

Been coming here for years. Today it was spaghetti and meatballs a few chicken wings and a great salad. Nice clean place and the owner is always here. As we have learned in the past come here if you like mussels in a great Tuscany sauce for bread dipping.

ordered a whole cheese pizza from Gino's NY Style Pizza in Palm Harbor, and it was absolutely incredible. From the first bite, I The crust was thin, perfectly crisp on the outside but still had that soft, chewy center--just like you'd get in New York. The sauce was flavorful with just the right tang, and the cheese was perfectly melted, gooey, and delicious. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The pizza was hot, fresh, and made with care. No grease overload, no soggy crust--just straight-up, classic New York-style perfection. The staff was friendly and made the experience even better. If you're in the Palm Harbor area and love a proper NY-style cheese pizza, Gino's is the place to go. Five stars without a doubt!

05/10/2023. Don't let the name fool you, they have more than Pizza, and it is great. 6 guys and we all loved it. We all started out with the Capreze salad, and I definitely want to go back. We had Pizza, Eggplant Rollatine, Italian sub, chicken masalla, and two chefs salads. It was all good! The bread on the sub was as it should be, not JUST a hoagie roll. The service was great, and the Chiefs. Will definitely go back with the wife.

This is the first time I tried Gino's. Very good pizza. It's a little far for me and I like my pizza piping hot, so I didn't get the best read possible. At a little warm, I gave it a 4.5, but assumed this would be a higher score piping hot, and 4.5 rounds up to 5 anyway. The customer service was excellent--they even got the time right for how long it would take (only great pizza places can accomplish this feat). And, while I could be wrong, this seemed like a true Italian family running the joint--always a positive sign for pizza and Italian food. If I were to pick two negatives, only one really matters to me. The one that matters is a Large Cheese pizza--not that large--is $18 and change, which is the most I have ever paid for a Large Cheese pizza, and it's far from the largest. The other 'negative' is they had some stuff in messy piles. Idc. As long as the pizza tastes good (it did). Others might not like that presentation, but if it's busy, there isn't much time to organize. Overall, definitely recommend.

Nobody wears gloves making the food. The young man that takes money and credit cards does not wash his hands when he goes to make a pizza. The kitchen area is packed with stuff all over the place. The floor was dirty. The pizza is good but the restaurant itself is nasty. Everyone needs gloves, to wash there hands and the place needs a good cleaning. I normally ordered my pizza, but was driving by and thought I'd run in for a pizza. So glad I did. I can't handle dirty. People are nice pizza is good but dirty I can't deal with

It's only been a week since my last review but I just had to post this Stromboli! This is a large Stromboli. It says feeds 4.... I say feeds 8. It was fresh & delicious. Of course we had the tomato salad again. Sorry no pic.. order one for yourself to see it. You won't be disappointed. Add extra mozzarella too. YUM!

I specifically asked for NO BASIL. It seriously makes me vomit!! This a $22.00 pizza that I cannot eat!

From the moment I saw the seafood case, everything looked ridiculously fresh, and that freshness carried straight onto the plate. The Tides is both a seafood market and restaurant, so you're surrounded by beautiful seafood and ingredients that actually look like they belong there. Then I noticed the MICHELIN plaque outside the building and thought, wait a minute... THIS place has Michelin recognition? Apparently, yes! The Tides has earned a place in the MICHELIN Guide, which suddenly made a whole lot of sense after tasting the food. That salmon was seriously some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, beautifully prepared and so clean tasting that it didn't need a bunch of heavy sauces or nonsense piled on top. It felt like one of those rare meals that is indulgent because it's delicious, but you also walk away thinking, I actually ate something good for me. The Tides was a genuine surprise, and now I'm wondering how many other little gems I've been driving right past without knowing they were there.

The fried shrimp basket was good but the fish and chips really didnt have any taste to the cod. The slaw and potatoes were good but their food reminds me of the tourist trap seefood restaurants by the beach. Chefs should start tasting their own food to know if it tastes good or not or maybe they were raised in a bland household but someone needs to understand taste and seasoning.

That's changed since moving to the Gulf Coast of Florida, where the fish at the local restaurant today was probably swimming yesterday. My "go-to" seafood now is a grouper sandwich which I order blackened but NOT fried. I've sampled grouper sandwiches from many local dining establishments, but my favorite is from "Carvor's Fish House" A couple of important notes: 1) Carvor's is only open for LUNCH. Their hours vary, so you'll want to check the website, but they typically close at FIVE PM, with the last order accepted at FOUR PM. 2) Carvor's has NO inside dining The patio is tree-shaded with extra umbrellas but if it's really hot, you may be uncomfortable. 3) Carvor's has COUNTER SERVICE. You go inside, order your food and THEN go back outside and select a table. When your food is ready, a server will bring it to your table. 4) This is downtown Dunedin, and parking can occasionally be a challenge on Douglas Street, but FREE parking is available in the city parking garage across the street. Pictured is my "blackened grouper" sandwich. A refreshing change from the usual French fries is their homemade chilled tomato, cucumber and onion salad. Delish!
