The staff were really friendly from start to finish. We got the family sized Caesar salad to share and 2 medium pizzas for a party of 5. The food was all great and more than enough for our group. Great location to eat in downtown Indy.

We aren't crazy about the deep dish they are known for. We ordered the thin crust which was not super thin kind of a cross with hand tossed - perfect. The servers are very attentive. We would go back!

Pizza and cheese garlic bread was on point. Our salad was not great at all. You'd expect a fresh cold Cesar salad but it tasted warm and soggy. No crunch on the salad at all. Our server was very good! She was attentive to our party.

Went here for dinner. This place is cool. They have tvs so you can watch sports. They have plenty of seating. Our waitress was great. She got our drinks and put our pizza order in quickly. The pizza was delicious. We had fabulous pizza and service!

Ordered to go but totally wished we ate there. Nice decor with an upper New York kind of vibe. Their Pizza was phenomenal!!! In town from Dallas and definitely had our fair share of pizzas over the years. This one was pretty darn good! I would definitely recommend.

This place is my group's go-to place on Day 0 for PRI and it's honestly the BEST pizza ever. I'm from California and ever since I got my hands on a slice of Giordano's signature famous deep dish pizza, it was over. No pizza place from my home state can't compare so Giordano's is always something to look forward to during our 4 day visit. Meat and more meat! This was our table's pizza that was split between 4 people. Honestly can't complain, I love all of their pizza but since we only visit once a year, we always order deep dish style. Never fails and always leaves us full! Carnivore? Then you should definitely order this dish! Make sure it's the biggest one too! Calabrian Chili Honey Chicken Wings Ok so I can't be entirely biased with Giordano's. We wanted to try this out since it was a limited chicken wing flavor and honestly it wasn't the best. I mean it's a pizza joint? They specialize in pizza but we were so hungry that we figured to try it out. Hey, if you love chicken wings or just an enthusiast for wings in general, by all means give this one a shot if it's still available! Overall Always excited to come to Indiana cause I KNOW I'll be eating some damn good pizza. Deep dish style isn't for everyone which is nice that they have their Tavern Style and Thin Crust Pizzas. But since Giordano's specializes in deep dish pizza, it's highly recommended to order deep dish style! can't wait to visit again next year and see what new pizza they'll have! And can't forget about the awesome servers doing their best on those busy convention nights! Y'all the real MVP's! Ambiance is warm and inviting with a bit of high noise since it's also got a bar but it never phases me, if anything it's relaxing since I know I'll be indulging into pizza goodness. Just remember to come hungry and you'll guaranteed to leave happy! See you next year Giordano's!

We have not been to an authentic Chicago style pizzeria. We found Giordano's. We sat in the bar area with a view of the kitchen. Having worked at a pizza restaurant before I was blown away by the three people making the pizzas and the cleanliness of the entire kitchen. Totally organized. The pizza was very good. Will definetly have one again.

My 5 Takeaways (in under 60 seconds) Location: Prime location in downtown Indy near stores and things to do. Street parking and nearby parking garages are available. Vibe: Family-friendly, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere. The décor and layout are really nice. Service: Overall, the customer service isn't the best but isn't the worst. It could use some improvements, but nothing major. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and warm. Food: Really good deep-dish pizza! BIG portions, standout flavors, and superior ingredients. I recommend the Double Pepperoni - you won't be disappointed! Quick Tip: Don't sleep on their sides! The Greek Salad and Calabrian Chili Honey Wings are both top tier!

I LOVE Giordano's - it's my favorite Chicago-style pizza - and I'm in town for work this week. My husband told me there's a location 1/4 of a mile from my hotel, so I decided to get delivery tonight. They are not on Doordash - they have their own system, and there is a $1 delivery fee, $3 driver fee, and then tip on top of that. I ordered bruschetta for an appetizer and an individual pizza with garlic, mushroom, and pepperoni. It said on their website it would take about 50 minutes to an hour, so I made sure to order it as I was leaving a work event. 60 minutes came and went, then 70, so I called the restaurant to check on the order. It turned out the driver had left my meal with the front desk. (This was partially my fault - it turns out cell reception isn't great in my room at this hotel, it turned out the driver DID text me, saying "downstairs with your order," but I didn't receive it until 8:25pm ... I ordered around 6:50pm and the order was supposed to be ready 7:50-8:00pm) Because of this, I didn't get my food until 8:10-8:20 or so, and unfortunately the pizza was barely warm. My hotel thankfully has a microwave so I microwaved it a little bit, but even before that, the crust was kinda soggy, as was the bruschetta - even though I appreciate them putting the tomatoes on the side, so that the whole thing wasn't soggy. All of this with tip was about $36 btw, and if I didn't have a work expense account I'd be even more disappointed than I currently am. Oddly enough, the bruschetta was better than the pizza, maybe because the tomatoes were put on the side. The pizza was still tasty but the cheese and the crust was lukewarm at best.

The best pizza in Indiana hands down. There is no pizza like New York pizza. Giordano's makes me feel at home!!

Ordered via Uber Eats. I ordered a small thin that was way under cooked. Total was $49 with a taxes and fees. Took two bites and went straight into the garbage! Terrribke.

Had Lunch here that was recommended by our Uber driver. Giordano's has been here for over 50 years so maybe it's a home town favorite. Pizza was ok. Service was great and the ambiance make you want to come in.

A slice of Pepperoni with Jalapeños and extra sauce

I absolutely love Chicago food, with Chicago style deep dish pizza being a fav of mine... you can't really get it on the East Coast, so when I visit places where there's a Lou Malnati's, I get it! So, when in Indy and seeing there was a Giodano's I wanted to try it to see how it compared to Lou Malnati's. I previously only tried Giodano's in ORD and didn't think the airport version was the right way to try it, so I came here to see what the actual, handmade restaurant was like. Service was very slow, I had to wait a long time before my server came to the table to greet me, once she did, she was very friendly. Also, if you order a pizza, it take about 45 minutes to make, which I understand. I tried a small pepperoni with jalapeños and asked for extra tomato sauce. It did take about 45 minutes to show up at the table and, as you would imagine, it was piping hot. I dug right in, and the "umami" I crave in the Lou Malnati's sauce and crust was totally lacking - which was my first impression. I took a few more bites and loved the thickness and stringiness of the cheese. The bottom crust was good, but the side crust was thick and flavorless. I ate only 3 slices there and took the rest to go. I actually put it in the hotel room's fridge and then flew home with it the next morning to share with my son, who also love Lou Malnati's. He enjoyed this pizza, but I feel that's because he's been craving Lou's so much lately... so have it! Would I return to a Giordano's? Nope... I'll stick with Lou's!

The hummus had a lot of paprika on top of it, but that seemed to enhance the flavor. I had the prime rib French dip with a side of fruit and my wife had the same sandwich, but with a side of fries instead. The prime rib French dip was nice, tender, and juicy, melt in your mouth good. I wish they had supplied more au jus or a wider container for it. The fruit tasted nice and fresh as well. This was an expensive meal at nearly $100 after tip, but I can see myself coming here again someday. Just not very often due to cost. The ambiance consisted mostly of gamers milling about and talking as well as having a wall of televisions showing different things. A bit of a sensory overload at the time.
