Visited for a birthday celebration today with a party of 8. Restaurant was accommodating and got us set up at a nice table. Server was super friendly and worked hard to keep glasses full and bring our food promptly. We had apps which were good and 2 large deep dish pizzas. Food was good and service was excellent. They allowed us to serve our own cake and provided plates and forks. The restaurant is large with great parking.

Great large location near the Woodfield mall. Easy in and out parking. The Chicago deep dish is the best option here. Sauce isn't as sweet as some of the other pizzerias. We got the meat and more meat pizza. It's heavy. The waiter was pleasant and helpful with the service. The ambiance is great lots of Booths and table and chair options. You can also buy frozen pizza to go

Iconic Chicago Italian restaurant. Enjoyed tying the ranch salad, individual deep dish pizza and rigatoni bolognese carry out since we were staying near the area. Very friendly service, convenient ordering process & very tasty items!

Meat & More Deep Dish Pizza: I tried this one and it was delicious, loaded with meat and plenty of cheese. Super filling too; honestly, one slice was enough for me! Dense, hearty, and enjoyable, though it didn't reheat as well the next day. 8.5/10 Service: The staff was very friendly, and our order came out quickly. We did takeout this time, and everything went smoothly. 10/10

First time trying this style of pizza & it was delicious. The service was great & the vibe was great inside . Definitely coming back

This pose to be a chicken sausage with mushroom pizza from Giordano's ...Never again

Basically the pizza looked and tasted I've order from pizza from here plenty of times and never had this experience before. Not sure if it was a new cook or what But I won't be eating pizza from this location 930 N.Meacham Rd ,Schaumburg no time soon. Even though I spent $18 I didn't go back and complain because once I got home and opened the box looked at it I lost My craving for it.

It's my first ever visit to Chicago and when in the Windy City; it just seems appropriate to have Chicago deep dish pizza. My first deep dish pizza experience took place via a visit to Giordano's. Giordano's is actually a chain that specializes in Chicago deep dished pizza. It was founded in Chicago way back in 1974. When we got here; we we were told it would take at least 45 minutes for a deep dish pizza. They make everything fresh to order and hence the wait. Good things come to those who wait however and so we ended up getting a salad to start off along with a pizza. For our salad order; we got the Giordano's House Salad. this came with spring greens, baby tomatoes, shaved fennel and shaved asiago cheese. The dressing was lemon vinaigrette. The salad was simple and light. It was a good starter that wasn't too heavy and gave us room for the star of the night; the deep dish pizza. For the deep dish pizza; we got The Special. This pizza has sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. The pizzas come in small, medium and large size. We got the medium and it was eight large slices that was perfect for three people. Wow! My first deep dish pizza experience was amazing. I absolutely loved the thick, cheesy and buterry crust. It was packed with flavor! I normally am more of a fan of the savory toppings in a pizza versus the crust but the crust here was truly the highlight. If all deep dish pizzas are like this; I'm all in. Don't get me wrong; the toppings of sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions were quite excellent too but it was the crust that really won me over. I ate two slices and I was so full! One would've been plenty. I was really impressed with just how good and how fulfilling the pizza was here. I'm happy I was able to try my first ever deep dish pizza and happy that was it at Giordano's. Visiting here made for a great first night in Chicago!

We came here last night and the place was practically empty, and yet our service was terrible... first of all, she didn't let us know until after we placed our order that the pizza would take 45 minutes, and it was already 7pm. I'm sorry if this is a known thing about deep dish pizza but I've never experienced this before with other places. She also upcharged me for my dirty martini which we didn't see till the bill - she didn't ask me what liquor I wanted for it, so I assumed it would be bottom shelf, but she went ahead and chose a very high shelf one without even telling me. The pizza was honestly okay; a bit disappointing. Our server never came by to check on us. Twice we had to get up to find her to ask for napkins and to order another beer. And both times she was just sitting with coworkers gossiping. Not worth the $70 bill sadly.

We were staying in town and were too tired to go out so we ordered pizza from here because it was close and had good reviews. What a disappointment. After we ordered, the app said our pizzas would be delivered in 30-35 minutes, 70 minutes later our food arrived cold. Thankfully we had a microwave in our room so we were able to warm it up. The Margahrita pizza had a stunning lack of cheese and an unpleasant flavor. We also had an Italian sausage and mushroom pizza that was awful, very weird flavor that had people hoping they wouldn't end up with food poisoning. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella triangle and the marina sauce it came with. Very expensive ($72) for food you couldn't eat.

I have been going to Giordano's for 35 years in one location or another. This was the first time in Schaumburg. Clean, fast service, great ambiance, and great food. They are keeping up the tradition of a Chicago landmark brand.

Delivery service has gotten HORRIBLE. We order every 2-3 weeks for delivery. Last month arrived cold. Couple weeks cold. Tonight cold. I saw the delivery person go to house across the street with food in hand; NOT IN THERMAL FOOD BAG. It's single digits temperatures outside and the guys walking with food not protected from elements. Needless to say the food was cold. I wouldn't have such an issue except I'm being charged for delivery fee AND driver fee. We also tip the driver. Their service is getting worse and worse. I'd rather order from a cheap chain than have cold food.

Visited during a work trip to Chicago. Friendly service. Ordered Deep Dish pizza and wings. The Pizza was amazing and full of toppings. The wings were small, dry and seemed overcooked. Would recommend. I took one star off due to the wings. The Pizza is too notched!

I was hoping Chicago deep-dish was going to be better than the deep-dish I've had in California, but so far that hasn't happened.

For an appetizer, I ordered the oven roasted octopus, and I highly recommend it. The marinade really brought out the flavor of the octopus, and I was impressed by how tender it was. Octopus can easily become rubbery if not prepared properly, but the texture here was soft and perfectly cooked. For my main course, I had the lobster ravioli. While the sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any noticeable chunks of lobster in the filling. We also ordered the Schaumburg pizza. I loved that all of their pizzas are cooked in a stone oven. I'm usually not a big fan of crust, but this was an exception. The flavors were well balanced, not overly sweet from the barbecue sauce, with just the right amount of savory flavor from the bacon. Everything worked together beautifully. Overall, the entire dining experience was excellent. From the food to the atmosphere, it was a very enjoyable meal. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

We were quickly seated, and water came instant instantaneously along with the menus. I ordered a cocktail and hubby stuck with water. He is, after all, the designated driver tonight. We decided to order Arancini and bruschetta for appetizers, while we ordered a margherita pizza for our main. Very quickly, the appetizer showed up - and the arancini's were small, but very warm to the touch and the bruschetta, while small at only four pieces, had lots of mozzarella, tomatoes, and olive oil on them just the way we like it! Needless to say, the appetizers killed it. But what about the pizza? You may ask well, it showed up and it was very hot- not only was it delicious, but it was the first pizza we've had since arriving in Chicago that had a a crust that tasted like many pizzas we ate in California - that was not a bad thing. While we sat there eating and enjoying the music, we commented on how pleasant and simple the restaurant was and more importantly, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Entrees: The family-style option includes four entrees. I ordered the Rigatoni D with GF pasta (the menu explicitly notes they can substitute GF pasta). Our server also had the medallion plate specially made gluten-free. The Delivery: When the food arrived, they brought my GF pasta out separately to avoid cross-contamination and even surprised me with my own dedicated plate of GF Chicken Francese!
