Pretty solid dingy greasy sub spot. The place is filthy. There was literally dirt in every crack and crevice my eyes landed on. Caked in dirt. There is a separate dining room that is pretty large but looks like wasted space. They could make it look better on here like expand the wait area and make the counter face the dining area or something. Or bring in some arcade games !!! Back in the day this used to be a Jamaican food spot briefly so the colors are still bright yellow and green. The counter is very high so I couldn't look over to see much of anything even while standing. I can only assume behind the counter was filthy as well but I tried not to think about it. The sub and fries were good so I wasn't too upset about the goof. If I have a taste for a sub again I would come back here but only because there are not any good sub places in Pikesville. Passed by this joint and decided to finally try it since I was in the Pikesville area. Ordered for takeout. When I arrived polite, soft spoken gentleman greeted me and informed me they needed 5 min but then I smelled my food cooking and added to my order which added another 5 minutes...lol. So it was really my fault....and theirs for deliscious smelling food. Speaking of which, I ordered 4 whole wings with celery on the e side. Tasty. Then when I got there, I added a gyro. I ordered early to have my order delivered at 11:45am. Noon came, and I hadn't gotten my food. I called spoke to someone who kept asking for my name. I gave it to him and he said that he had nothing for that name. I then gave him the order number and he found it and read off to me the order. He told menit would be to me in 15 minutes. Worst delivery place I have ever ordered from. Have given this place three tries and delivery has taken more than an hour an all occasions (even on a Wednesday night) when it's only 4 miles away. Food has been cold each time. Part of our order has also been missing each time, and don't even bother calling to get a credit for anything that's missing because the manager never seems to be there, which doesn't surprise me. Decided to use the app Beyond Menu tonight for dinner. So Giorgio's came up with 4.5 stars. Ordered two pork chops dinners and one medium Greek pizza So I order the 8:22pm on a Friday night. So I realize even though they say about 30 minutes I will be waiting. At 9:15 when the order gets here, there's no pizza. My daughter comes upstairs to tell me this and the driver drives off. I call the restaurant and KC tells me he will call driver back. At 9:22 I call back again looking for the driver and he says he on easy back. Still no pizza. I call again at 9:25 and I asked what happened to driver. He said " Oh the first driver forgot pizza, a second one had left with your pizza, sorry. Keep in mind is 4.3 miles or 12 minutes to my house from restaurant. At 9:45 I call back because he isn't here yet. He apologizes again and I suggest that my next order receive a discount, he offers a 2 liter soda. I hang up. At 9:58 with still no pizza I call back to store for a credit. He offers a 50% discount on next order. At this time the driver shows with pizza, IT'S COLD! The sad part is, the pork chops dinner was good. Instead of the manager understanding clearly that the food was half done and we wanted the order replaced, he wanted to argue the point that we didn't order the food to be well done.
