I didn't see any mention of chili flakes on the menu and I never send food back unless it's undercooked or the wrong meal. I ate it but boy it was spicy! A quick look at some other reviews showed me others have complained about the spicy bolognese. Bolognese is not normally spicy so it's definitely a bold choice of this restaurant to throw those in without warning. So, BE AWARE of that!! I'm still giving 5 stars because our server was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, comfy, and great location. And our food was tasty! Definitely will return at some point and just ask for no chili flakes.

This was pathetic. They should throw away all the tri-tip and not offer the sandwich anymore. They used to serve this hot now it's cold and 50% gristle This sandwich used to come with barbecue sauce, red onions and peppers. Halfway through my first sandwich, I noticed no peppers, I opened the other half before I ate it, and it was the stem of the pepper and one other tiny and a sliver of a red onion and a ton of mayonnaise and they use kinder's barbecue sauce, squirt bottle, not the good old stuff. So don't waste your money on a $15 sandwich which is in the garbage can now.
