Ambiance is fun and sexy. Restaurant is rooftop, above club eleven. There's no rooftop or outdoor seating. Had the wagyu dumplings which were yummy! This place is so cute! The decor is fun, the music and the dancers are great, and the servers and bartenders are amazing - they are so sweet and add to the fun vibe themselves. I really recommend this place for drinks! I got an espresso martini with tequila. It's also at a nice location next to club space. It was raining so they didn't open the outside part up, but that looked like it would have been very cute as well and seems like it would be a nice spot to take pictures at as well. The reason I would give 4 out of 5 stars instead of all 5, however, is because I wasn't really impressed by the food at all. The steak and wagyu dumplings were very mediocre and everything on the menu is quite expensive. I don't mind spending for a great dinner, but I expected a bit better in terms of the quality of the food. The lamb chops did come out looking pretty cool with smoke and everything and would be fun to take a video of to post on social media. The truffle fries were quite good though, and came out in this glass goblet, but again, expensive for fries. I would definitely return for drinks and the show, but I doubt I would eat here again. However, it's a fun vibe and I like that it's got a girly, classy touch that suits the feminine name and the pink signs and lighting. It would be nice to start a night out at Giselle! read more

Hate to be the bearer of mediocre news, but I just feel this place is overrated. It is very attractive aesthetic-wise, but the food was average at best. The drinks were exciting and well made, but lots of the food themes were gimmicky and things that I had seen before, like for instance the glass high heel cocktail. On the plus side, everybody looked amazing! The staff wore outfits so cute, that they could be worn on a night off. It's sort of a mix between a lounge, club, and restaurant. The dining area we were in was beautiful with this porcelain baroque design all over the walls and ceiling with grey suede chairs. Nice touch. I had the 8 oz filet mignon with hollandaise sauce. I added broccolini and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were instant, the broccolini was fine. The steak was average even with the sauce. Not sure if I would return, its a lil' flashy with dramatic frills that totally overshadow the culinary experience, but if you're into that sort of thing, this is the place you want to be! read more

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how good the food was. I honestly didn't expect much because a lot of restaurant here are just for a vibe experience. Tuna Maki was my favorite. The pearls leches dessert is a must. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my collection of recommendations. Nice entertainment. Picture opportunities are throughout the entire restaurant. All of the stellar Yelp reviews were giving me major FOMO, so I had to try Giselle out myself for dinner last night. The reviews are so great (currently 4.5 stars) that I was expecting good food, but my expectations were exceeded. Giselle is situated on the rooftop of Eleven Nightclub. My Uber dropped me off right at the entrance of the club, but I quickly noticed the elevator to the left. Once the elevator opened, I was taken aback by how pretty it was. It's evident that a lot of thought went into the restaurant's decor. Walking passed Eleven and getting into the elevator felt like I'd walked into a closet and ended up in a magical fairyland instead. We arrived for our reservation and were seated immediately. Soon thereafter, our server came over to explain the menu and to give us a few suggestions. I had my heart set on the BLUEFIN TUNA TRUFFLE CONES, so we ordered those but also the TORO & CAVIAR CRISPY RICE because the description was so enticing. For our meal, we shared the CRISPY WHOLE SNAPPER and the STANDING MAC & CHEESE. The cones were just as delicious as I expected. Although I was worried that we maybe ordered too much tuna, I was glad we did because the crispy rice was also so very good and even though both appetizers contained tuna, the flavors were very different from each other. I was on the fence about ordering the snapper because the photos looked so cool that I assumed the dish couldn't possibly taste good too. But, I'd recently gone on a beach vacation and didn't get the chance to have any fried fish, so I was craving it. I'm happy to say that I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Now, I'm from the Caribbean and therefore believe myself to be the expert on fried fish. Theirs is as good as any I've had. The batter was delicate, not heavy, the fish was fresh and expertly prepared. The salad it's served with was very flavorful and the aioli is heaven. I was so happy we'd ordered its and it's so good I'd order it again. The standing Mac & cheese was crispy around the edges and cheesy on the bottom, the perfect combination! However, my favorite part of the experience was 24K PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BAR. Words cannot describe how good it was. I really don't even know where to begin. The dessert is a generous size and is served with vanilla gelato. When it arrived to our table I noticed how pretty it was, but thought there was no way we could eat the whole thing since it's a generous size. I was wrong. The dessert is the perfect blend of textures. The outside is soft, but the inside is sort of crispy. The combination of the chocolate with strong peanut butter flavor were perfectly balanced. Really, it was the best dessert I've had since July 24th, 2022 when my friends and I had dinner at Monarque in Montreal. It was so good in fact that I'd have gone back to the restaurant just for that even if the rest of the food had been mediocre. Lastly, the service. I did not have to pour my own wine even once, which is a rarity in Miami. Our server was knowledgeable, welcoming and possibly psychic because he anticipated our every need (without coming over too often). The chef even visited our table! The service couldn't have been improved upon. A+! I am adding Giselle to the (short) list of restaurants I recommend to friends and acquaintances visiting Miami, and will ABSOLUTELY return myself! read more

What an amazing experience! A group of us went here for my 25th birthday and had such a great time. I am HORRIBLE with names, so I cannot remember who our wonderful server was! But, we have the same birthday (October 13th) and I believe he has family in Boston! Anyway, the elevator was down for the first part of the night, so they brought our group a round of champagne as a sweet gesture! I didn't really mind the stairs; I knew I'd be stuffing my face at dinner so those extra burned calories would help. The food was AMAZING!! We did a couple rounds of the caviar bumps which came with a shot of Clase Azul reposado and it was to dieeeeeee for. The wagyu dumplings along with the crispy rice are a must! Amazing HH last night at Giselle Miami. Loved the drinks, apps, and service! My favorite drink was Close to Midnight. Wow the Thai chilli combo makes this drink stand out from any spicy Margarita I've ever had. The espresso martini was divine and perfect after the sweet and spicy calamari. The other drinks my friends said that they were too sweet. The place is beautiful and perfect for a date night. Valet is $20 for the garage nearby or $40 to keep your car in front. Beautifully remodeled and decorated with an incredible view of downtown Miami. DJ music of the faves of Miami, latin, top 40, house, and hip hop. It's a beautiful crowd of people wearing their finest and looking for the best nightspot in Miami. It looks like they found it! Giselle is a beautiful new spot that I finally got to check out. Another Miami rooftop bar and restaurant with great vibes. We got there early so went to the bar and had some delicious drinks. Once our table was ready we were taken to the covered dining area that looks like an absolute dream. The table was a bit small for 4 people so once our orders came, we didn't have much room. The food was good and definitely the typical high MIAMI pricing for what you get. I had the snapper which definitely came out with a huge presentation. The Mac and cheese was the best thing we all had. Our waiter suggested that we share it and I couldn't agree more. The side portion was large so it was enough for all 4 of us. We visited Miami for the later half of our honeymoon, and Giselle was highly recommend by friends of ours. We booked an 8pm table on a Thursday (according to Miami regulars that's a slow/early night, so be aware. But we're from Texas where everything closes at 2am so it was just the right amount of busy for us). The vibe & ambiance is spot on Miami. Rooftop, amazing decor, stunning humans everywhere dressed amazing, live DJ playing some vibe house music, stunning bar, EXCELLENT service, and some incredible presentations for their food/drink. When we got there by 8pm, it was busy but not too crowded yet. We got a nice booth seat by the DJ which I loved! Plenty of large booths and a bigger section behind the DJ for parties (and bottle service). We ordered the wagyu dumplings (10/10), the ribeye, and the flaming lobster. Honestly everything was 12/10. Drinks were perfect. I didn't try any of their specialty cocktails, but their menu is extensive so I know they'd have a little something no matter your taste. A special shout out to our server, Valentino. He was amazing!!! Seriously made our first night in Miami so perfect. We also loved George. He chatted with us all evening. Please make sure they receive a bonus!!! I've eaten at a LOT of fine dining restaurants and the two of those guys together truly sealed the deal for us on service!! By the end of the night, we were ready to party. If you want to get a table at the club they're connected to, they have someone on staff who can help you book table/bottle service while still at dinner. I believe her name was Lorena? Dined here last night with a large group for my sister 30th birthday. The place is absolutely stunning and ultra luxe. Definitely gives a nightlife vibe which was fun. Our waiter was also amazing, super friendly and fun and was really informative about the menu. Reasons for the mid tier rating is because the food just wasn't as delicious as expected. Food presentation was great but the combination of flavors became really overwhelming and felt overly seasoned and salty so made it hard to truly enjoy the meals. Then, of course I got burned because that same customer had issues so I called about five hours before the reservation and canceled. They were nice. And they should have been because of course, $100 dollars on my credit card from Giselle's it still sits. Trying to get my card company to get it off. Who is the best chef in America? It was my first time at this restaurant and I had high expectations. From the walk up it was nice. They have valet service and the host is at a stand in front to greet guests and welcome you in. Got on the elevator and up to the restaurant. The vibe was great. There's another host stand at the entry once I got to the floor and we were greeted and sat quickly for our reservation.
