What can improve is the establishment being open until 8 pm and not 7 pm used to come in high school and now as an adult wouldnt recommened coming after 6 pm

I stopped in today get a simple slice of pizza to take home. They did t have a pre made slice that I wanted so they offered to make me a personal size pizza with my choice of toppings. The lady working the front, Laura, was incredibly pleasant and eager to help. My pizza was fabulous and chatting with her made the ten minute wait to fly by.

Very disappointed with Giuseppe's. I'm a loyal customer but not anymore. Whoever is taking the pizza orders needs a lot more training. We ordered extra cheese and our pizza had barely any cheese on it and was under cooked. The person taking our order I had to give him my name 3 times. They don't deliver unless you have the delivery service app which I don't AND they aren't open on Sundays so I wonder how long they will survive with other pizza places that deliver a better quality pizza with the extra cheese, they deliver, and open on Sundays.

Our friends in Denver love this place and they were excited to share it with us. The pizza was filling, super tasty and systematically devoured by several hungry teenagers and adults. 10/10 would order from them, again. Kudos on the GF pizza for my husband, too!

I really WANTED to like this place! And support my local neighborhood Italian Reataurant but their Gluten Free crust had no taste. AND they burned the edges. I ordered a 9" sausage, canadian bacon, black olive and tomato pizza and it did not deliver. I added garlic salt and it helped some but I shouldnt have to do that. Their GF pizza was a big disappointment

No matter what you get here, you will enjoy it. I haven't had a bad dish or drink here. Do not skip out on the Per La Tavola (for the table plates). They are all so good. We normally get the Piatti Di Cicchetti (olives, pickled veggies, and almonds), Piatti Di Salumi (prosciutto, salame, coppa), and the Burrata. They all complement each other SO WELL. Pair that with a white wine and you got yourself a time. The 2 course offering for lunch is also phenomenal. I got the Insalata Mista (lettuce, shallot, reggiano) and it's a decent sized salad and very tasty. The Mafaldine (lamb ragu, pecorino romano) is to die for. Such great flavor and the pasta is always cooked perfectly. The service here is always top-notch too. The staff is very well-trained and is on top of everything. Truly a well-oiled machine. We were seated at the front by the window, which was nice. It did get a little hot in the restaurant as more people arrived, since it has been unusually warm in Denver this season. We split six plates and were stuffed by the time the celebratory dessert arrived. We started with the burrata, which paired well with apple butter and pickled apples. The arancini was a fusion of Indian spiced cauliflower with mint-cilantro yogurt raita. My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum. If you love scallops, the Capesante dish is not to be missed. These were some of the sweetest, perfectly prepared scallops I have had.

The special happy hour sandwich was the Porchetta Sando for $8. Basically a slider. It was so good, I had another. I paired the food with a glass of Spanish Golban Crianza ($7.50!!). A full bodied red wine for porchetta. I decided to treat myself with the Amaro cheesecake and a pour of Lucano Anniversarie, $12 each. Nice cheesecake with chocolate slab on top. The Amaro was not bitter. Including tax & 20% tip, it came to $105. The food was not rushed. The restaurant steadily filled up by 630pm.

The Theatre menu is the way to go for sure. For my first course, I selected the Insalata di Caesar. This is a very large portion of salad so be forewarned but it is also very good, so win-win. For the main course, I opted for the Pollo alla Milanese. Also, a huge plate of food. I was able to make two additional meals from the chicken. The tagliatelle was perfectly cooked and the sauce paired perfectly well with the breaded chicken. Perfetto! For dessert, I had to try the Budino di Caramello. The butterscotch was truly delectable. Starting with my favorite and the absolute knockout: The Dry-Aged Bistecca Agnolotti. Think of a ravioli pouch, but smaller and better, filled with meat, sitting in a bed of the most perfectly browned brown butter with thick parmesan shaves on top. You think it's over, and then your server comes and pours a sweet yet vinegary reduction on top. I'm actively eating it for breakfast as I write this. Insane. Will be thinking about this for a few days. The others in the group got the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni Alla Vodka, which is one of their most popular dishes. It was good (we swapped bites), but mine was better. For the table we split a Caesar (which I do wish had more dressing, but I love a dressing so that could just be me), filet mignon meatballs (4 in an order which was perfect for our group of 4), and the tuna and avocado carpaccio. Favorites were the meat and fish. We used the bread to sop up the meat sauce at the end. Lastly, the Chicken Parm Pizza was ordered for the table. Basically, the "crust" of the pizza is chicken parm. I think it's a little expensive for what it was, but I'm glad I got to try it with a bigger group. Can't imagine reordering it, solely for the size and cost, but it was a unique food experience. Drinks at the table included a Barbera, a Chardonnay, a Sangria, and a Spritz. All good.
