One day I was driving and saw a van saying Auto Glass Repair and Replacement. I took a photo just incase I needed it. Boy I am so glad I did. My BMW window stopped rolling up and down and I suspected in was the regulator because I had a similar issue about 4 years ago. I took my car down to the same shop as before. He said he will call me to let me know about the diagnosis, even though I kinda knew what it was. He did call me and gave a price double what he had charged me before. I told him to hold off. I remembered the picture I took and thought to give them a try. The initial call was routed to Fremont but I found out that they have a local shop as well. I went to that shop and got an estimate which matched what I received from the Fremont office. I left my car there for maybe 30 minutes! It was done in less than and people who work there Mo and So could not be any nicer and more helpful. I haven't had such a pleasant experience with any repairs needed for a LONG time. If you had to wait 3-4 weeks for an OEM Toyota windshield, you were not alone. I had a cracked windshield on my 2020 Tacoma, and of course I called GlassTek. When they replaced a windscreen, they discovered rust in some areas. They used a motorized wire brush to remove the rust then painted primer before attaching the new windscreen. Although the warranty is shorter, I'm glad they took the effort to reduce the likelihood of leaks. read more

I have a Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE 2024. Availability: I called in Friday morning and they said I could drop my car off at 9:30am same day, so that was awesome. Customer Service: They are super professional and gave me a quote quickly. The people at the desk were nice. Value: They quoted me $580 for two passenger side rear mirrors. I agreed, and called my insurance company to see if they could cover and the insurance company got a better deal for a total of $380. It would have been nice if they explained why, so this is the only sketchy part of the service. Literally anything could have helped, so I didn't feel they were just trying to rip me off. Service Completion Time: I dropped my car off 30 mins early at 9:00am. They didn't finish my car until 4:00pm. It was a one day turn around time, but if they were going to take a while it would have been nice if they gave me an estimate of where I was in line to fix the car. Service Quality: The mirror looks good. I'll come back here in a couple months if there is a problem, but they gave me a guaranteed it would be work well or I could come back. The insurance made them agree to this. Plus they vacuumed up all the glass, so I thought that was very sweet. Overall: they nailed 3/5 of my criteria.
